They aren't obligated to take your nickels and dimes and the owner shouldn't have to pay to fix another coin machine when there's 3 other ones!!!! These people are kind and always busy, be adults and stop complaining on yelp and google when YOU'RE THE PROBLEM!!!

There are numerous machines broken/out of order, the dryers don't heat up well enough so it takes forever to dry. There is no bathroom so you're out of luck if you need the facilities during the hours you're there waiting for everything to wash and dry. Be careful not to drop anything on the floor because it's absolutely filthy, there is no attendant to be seen. Beware of the $5 washer. It stole $2 from me as I was inserting quarters. There's no getting help to get your money back either... there's no attendant. To add insult to injury, someone must have opened one of my dryers thinking it was theirs. I discovered it when all my dryers had 15 minutes left. Think my open dryer had any time left once i closed it back up? Nope. It canceled out my dry cycle and left my clothes wet so I needed to spend more money to dry them. Just don't waste your money. This place is the worst. Edit to add: I'm leaving there with a load of wet sheets after 40 minutes in the dryer. SHEETS. Thin cotton didn't dry after that long? Wish I could give them negative stars.
