At the end of our time, they bottled our fragrance in the container of our choice; upgrades to fancy bottles are available. We received a complimentary fragrance of our choice and a few other goodies in a gift bag. They also have many local and specialty items for sale. Although I now hate the fragrance I built (LOL), I would definitely try again! The only "con" I have is the fact that it's located on King Street where parking can be difficult to find.

They differentiated well to make sure everyone had what they needed. After, blending our scents we were able to bottle and name them. I actually really LOVE the scent I created and cannot wait to try it out. We finished the class with a champagne toast (non alcoholic options as well). We left with a gift bag full of goodies (one of their signature scents to try and more) that really added the wow factor and a certificate of completion.

We spoke about common courtesy when it comes to work, and how it is in fact very rude to be a no call no show. Today, 2/3/2022, my shift was supposed to begin at 10. My phone didn't charge last night and I had overslept, which was a mistake on my part and I never let things like that happen, ever. I had woken up maybe 20 minutes after I was supposed to be there, and while I was rushing to get dressed and leave I noticed i had 2 missed calls from Georgette, so of course I immediately went to call her back when I noticed she left me a voicemail. A rude one, at that. She told me all in one message that I was not courteous, and how "she thought we had spoken about that." which wasn't the problem really until I noticed the attitude. I have never, ever had a manager speak to me that way without first asking if i'm okay, or anything. For all she knows I could've been in a wreck. That brings me to where she was speaking about a former employee, saying "he never showed or called, and i guess he just might be in jail." like wow, that's a bold assumption. I called her back and gave her the same attitude she gave me and told her to never call me again. I will never ever recommend someone who talks down about former employees or calls and talks shit to someone for making a mistake when she could've asked me if I was okay first.

Tried to take it back to them to get a new battery -- they are gone - store empty - replaced the battery myself -- still doesn't work. - Now I am forced to either try to find somone who repairs waches to see if it can be fixed, or eat the 150+$ and go buy a new watch. If they pop up somewhere else -- I will be avoiding them (150+$ for a watch that only worked for 4 months! no thanks)

The store is so clean, and fresh smelling. The smell is not overwhelming, and the products seem to be very fresh, and natural. The sales associates were outstanding! They were not pushy, but very friendly and helpful. They even gave me bags and tissue paper to do my wrapping later (We had no time for in store wrapping). They even do facial parties.
