They somehow had perfect answers to every single one of my extensive questions, you can tell the staff is extremely knowledgeable and well trained! I learned so much that I never knew about tanning from them during my short visit and I was also shown/taught a great deal about the wellness services they offer! I was shown real results and was taught all about the benefits of red light therapy (which is incredible). They took the time to welcome me and take me through the whole salon showing me the tanning beds, red light panel, therapy sauna and spray booth! Everything appeared so new and clean! They even took the time to help me find all of the products that will work best for me. I was given a whole routine! I called and spoke with Rae who told me she is the only one at the salon and that she would work with me to do my fill. She told me to book for an hour and a half fill because she wanted time to "talk" about what to do with my lashes but she would only charge me for an hour fill. I was already worried about that because of the pricing difference but I booked it as directed. Then I had visitors who were staying with me that ended up having to leave later on Saturday than originally planned so I tried to cancel my appointment via Facebook when we found out Friday evening for an appointment Saturday at 10. I understand that I cancelled within 24 hours and that you should charge a fee of maybe $25-$30 for the inconvenience but to charge me $100 dollars is RIDICULOUS! I mean at least allow people to use it towards rescheduling an appointment!!! So if I did even want to reschedule I would've had to pay $200 to get a FILL! Also on the phone she basically told me I wasted her time because now she would have a gap in her schedule and wouldn't be able to fill it. I told her I'm sure she could probably contact her clients and they would be willing to come in early or to contact someone who was looking to get an appointment today. She scoffed at me. I ended up hanging up on her because I was just so frustrated. Honestly don't expect good customer service here, she is completely unwilling to work with customers and just keeps telling you that's the company policy. I've worked in customer service for years and can tell you that to just blow off a customer or potential customer with "company policy" when it's already a small business is not the way to build up your reputation.

I called and spoke with the manager, she would not do anything to compensate or to correct this miscommunication on their part I feel because I never stated I wanted a microdermabrasion? Very poor customer service,she would talk with the scheduler and the girl that took my information, but never once did she say that she would talk to her upper manager? And still refused to compensate or do anything . I called her back and asked her to speak with her manager, which she said she would, but it would be after the weekend because they don't work weekend. this Thursday. Not sure if she counts Friday as a weekend? It's sad that business is now they don't really care anymore. About good customer service ! luckily there was 30 days that you could cancel the contract. I did it in less than 24! When I canceled the contract, the manager said OK ! A competent and good manager, would have said why don't we wait and see what we can do to help you out... I would be very cautious going to this establishment and if you do check your receipt, I would say be perfectly clear in what you want, I thought I was in fact, I know I was but somehow I ended up with a treatment I didn't want. I would never have paid $150 for a facial. Initially, I had called and left a message to call me back,stating I was interested in getting some treatments, a facial and a massage I should have known after two days that I didn't hear anything, this was a red flag that this was not a reputable business.
