Typically I have a really good experience at this store. Everyone is always super helpful and kind, however I was here the other day and unintentionally heard who I could only assume to be the gm degrading an employee. As I stated I only overheard but the remarks that were made were very degrading. I understand being in charge of a place however I don't understand talking down to someone. I hope their management improves because that was unacceptable. read more

I've been here before and have found everyone to be super helpful and friendly. Today these wonderful ladies exceed my highest expectations when I was trying to go to Simply Mac (next door) and I was unable to get in because it was closed. Unable to call them (they weren't answering) and unable to schedule an appt online (site not working) I thought I'd hang around Ulta thinking maybe the Simply Mac employees are on lunch. No one ever showed. While I waited, Cindy had checked on me to make sure I was able to make a call (because my phone was not working) and Sabrina helped me by borrowing her phone calling apple support. They did much more for me than Simply Mac. Thank you ladies, you rock. I knew I loved Ulta before, but I love going even more now. read more

Will never return to Ulta at Sayebrook. Stylists cancelled the last 4 of 5 hair appointments. I have a tremendously hectic schedule so their hours (i.e. being open on Sunday) is very important and the primary reason I book with them. I'm a very patient person, but this is the last straw. I won't be back. And my teenaged daughter and I will shop for cosmetics at Sephora--or frankly anywhere else--from now on. (PS - I live in Murrells Inlet, not San Francisco.) read more

I prefer this Ulta over the location at Coastal Grand Mall 100%. The location by the mall is filled with some of the nastiest, most unaware staff I've ever seen. Every time I have been to this location I have been greeted immediately upon entering, and multiple people have asked me if I needed help finding anything. The layout of the store is easy for me to understand and they don't change it every two months so it's easy for me to quickly come in and find what I'm looking for. I will choose this location over the one by the mall every time. read more

I always frequent the Seabrook Ulta. The store is always stocked and there is always someone willing to help. The Brow Bar staff is excellent and filled with knowledge. The staff will tell you "don't buy this, it is crap," even though it is the launch product, or it is supposed to be high-end. After going to the store a few times, they start to recognize you and will remember products they helped you pick out. They love to hear about how you responded to their suggestions. I will never go to the other Ultas. By far the best in town. Obviously, if the store is buys, they will be less helpful, as they need to help many people at once. If you go on a slow day, they will follow you around like you are a queen that needs pampered. LOVE!!! read more

I have been going to ULTA since I relocated to S.C. 4 years ago. My girl Gina at ULTA in NY provided me with the color information I needed when relocating. I found a wonderful colorist as well as hairstylist named Rachael. I have never had one complaint and just love my cut and color. She is "on point" every time! I have shopped and used the brow bar services at many ultas in the country and this is the best one yet!!! Very clean and open. Displays of merchandise that is on sale in front. Brow bar is spectacular!!! The young woman who did my brows put in so much care and gave me a lot of advice. This was hands down my best experience with having my brows done. I came here on Black Friday looking for a high end hair straightener. I regret coming to this location because as soon as I walked in I asked the greeter about their deals today and she was so rude and clueless, she's lucky I was tired from shopping all day because I would have talked to her manager. She gave me a blank stare and said "all of our deals are right here" pointing to the tables in the front and then quickly turned away to continue her conversation with another customer. I waited to ask where the straighteners were but she completely ignored me and wasn't concerned about my business at all. read more

Everytime I come to this Ulta I swear its like im racially profiled because they speak to everyone else around me and ask them if their okay except me, when I genuinely need help no one bothers to ask the walk right pass me on their rounds. I just get rude nasty looks and no one speaks to me even when they are within 5 feet of me? That just doesnt make sense both of the managers are rude and also did that. One day I came in asking a lady a question about what shampoos and conditioner she would recommend for dry hair and she was very uninterested in helping and acted as if I was bothering her and she was rushing away when I had more questions. Also received terrible rude service from the lady that was checking me out yesterday amd gave me dirty looks made no eye contact, and when I was saying thank you, you too in response to her she was nodding her and saying yes rudely like shooing me away. Mind you, she gave the lady in front of me her fun attention being friendly to her so? Just over all done with the people at the store it happens everytime. And I am a loyal ulta customer with a ulta card and a diamond member so I do go there with intent to buy things so why be rude? I would rate it zero stars if I could, terrible terrible staff is always rude to me and my friend. All the other Ultas around the area 10/10 but this one not so much. read more

Thank goodness there are two other Ulta stores in the Myrtle Beach area! I visit this location because it's at the mall and close to where i live. I'm done with this location, finally. Rude, rude, rude employees, and every single time i get an email about a gift with purchase which draws me to the store, "we're out" or it hasn't arrived yet. The testers are dirty, unkempt store compared to the others. I'll stick to Sephora at the mall, or drive to the Ulta in NMB. read more
