I explained that I had a certain frame in mind because I had bought 2 and loved how they looked, but had to return them because the foam boards the photos were on made it to thick for the frame back to fasten. They told me they might be able to help me with that. I repurchased the frames, brought them back to the shop, and they determined that it could be done. I was thrilled! This was not going to cost me even 25% of what a custom framing would cost, yet they were happy they could help me out with this. This business will get all of my framing from now on. The store could have been a tad more organized, like with mats all sorted by color, or getting a receipt that showed the info of what you ordered, and when it would be ready, but all in all it was still a great experience. They quickly framed it, and returned it to me, and I decided that it looked nice, but is more of a real office print than an at home office print. At this point, the team at Frame St. Pete has done great work. I am pleased, but didn't go out of my way to write a review. Time goes by, and like so many of us, whether we want to our not, my office has me return to in office work. I decide to hang my print on the wall. Unexpectedly, that night, the wire pulls out from the frame and it fell to the ground and needed repairs. And this is where Frame St. Pete won my loyalty and praise- even though it had been over two years - when I explained what happened, they quickly offered to fix it. The gentleman I spoke with was familiar with the problem, he had quit using the fasteners that pulled out from the wood. They quickly repaired the frame, attached new wires and hanging equipment, and got it back to me - all at no cost. They acknowledged the problem and corrected it. It is the rare company that will stand up for their products years after they have sold it. Frame St. Pete has top notch work and customer service. Additionally, I like that their team is willing to coordinate communications through text messages-making my life easier in everyday. I cannot recommend them enough.
