Frame St. Pete has exceed all expectations for customer service. About two years ago, bored working from home, I decided to get a poster from an art show I caught in Wales framed. They quickly framed it, and returned it to me, and I decided that it looked nice, but is more of a real office print than an at home office print. At this point, the team at Frame St. Pete has done great work. I am pleased, but didn't go out of my way to write a review. Time goes by, and like so many of us, whether we want to our not, my office has me return to in office work. I decide to hang my print on the wall. Unexpectedly, that night, the wire pulls out from the frame and it fell to the ground and needed repairs. And this is where Frame St. Pete won my loyalty and praise- even though it had been over two years - when I explained what happened, they quickly offered to fix it. The gentleman I spoke with was familiar with the problem, he had quit using the fasteners that pulled out from the wood. They quickly repaired the frame, attached new wires and hanging equipment, and got it back to me - all at no cost. They acknowledged the problem and corrected it. It is the rare company that will stand up for their products years after they have sold it. Frame St. Pete has top notch work and customer service. Additionally, I like that their team is willing to coordinate communications through text messages-making my life easier in everyday. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

I like to support small businesses, so I found Frame St. Pete....... on Yelp! of all places! If you're looking for any old cheap frame to throw something in, this is not your place. It's not cheap. However, if you want your special item highlighted and made even more beautiful, I would highly recommend Frame St. Pete. I had two special prints framed and they both came out looking fantastic. I was assisted in selecting the frames and they accented the printed extremely well. I'm very happy with the final product. Like the Terminator, I'll be back. read more

EXCELLENT ! Adam gave good advice on design layout and has a very wide range of materials. He nicely 'floated' these originals on acid-neutral papers. I had these back in just over 2 weeks (albeit August). Price was slightly less than others in/closer to downtown St Pete and Tyrone. I highly recommend him ! read more

Wonderful locally owned custom frame shop. The owner is very nice and specializes in custom framing. The prices are fair and comparable the national chains, but you get good service and you will be supporting an emerging independent business. We've had several prints framed with Adam and are so thrilled with how beautifully they turned out. His work is top quality, and in addition he's a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. He offered us artistic input about multiple matte tones and sizes, frames & type of glass that we wouldn't have had any idea on how to put them all together. We first went to Michael's thinking we would get a deal with them. Their framing was twice as expensive as Adam's and their level of expertise didn't even come close to his. I did my research before selecting Frame St. Pete to frame an old nautical map that belonged to my father from the 1960's. I had always wanted it framed and was willing to drive up to 50 miles for quality service. My map of the Chesapeake Bay measures 4' x 3', has more sentimental value than monetary. Because it is old, I was concerned about how the framer would handle it. Adam is a careful perfectionist and his workmanship is extraordinary. He helped me pick a frame that emphasized the historical and nautical nature of the map and he recommended museum glass which enhanced the piece even more. Adam understands that his customer's pieces are precious to them or they wouldn't be making this kind of investment to preserve it. I've recently had three items re-framed and a fourth item framed from new there. Adam did an amazing job! You know someone takes pride in their work when even the back of the framed piece is a work of art! I had two small prints re-framed, nothing special really but they look great now. We had a Japanese battle flag that had been framed but damaged in a move, Adam helped me pick out a better looking frame and mat for this piece and it turned out beautiful.
