We came up with a design and a plan, they changed it with no regard, didn't offer a discount. Not sure why I paid over $700 for something I didn't agree to. Very disappointing. Not only is the frame horizontal instead of vertical. The belts are in the wrong order. Went over both of these when we agreed on a price. We went over the order they needed to be in when I dropped them off. No excuse for this, I will never go back here. Terrible experience. read more

And when I picked up the diamond art, Lex was not happy with the frame, so before I arrived, he had gone to the warehouse to have another frame prepared. I've used Frame-It on and off for years and Rita was good; however, the last few months or so, items have been coming back framed just so-so (frame corners not right). But the last two weeks was the straw that broke the camel's back. I gave her a few large photos to frame. One came back with the frame scratched up. I brought it back and she said she would re-do it. A week and a half later, I called and she said it was being cut that instant. I called again this morning(a week later...busy week for me) and her partner answered. I asked her about the photo and she called out to Rita, who said in the background that IT WAS BEING CUT THAT INSTANT. I just picked up my photo from there and absolutely nothing had been done! I had them take it out of the frame, got credit back to my cc, and told her partner that I would never use that place again because they were now unreliable. This was in front of a couple getting an estimate for a job. It's possible that she has taken on too much, but it is now a poor place to get something done. read more

Being new to the area, we stumbled across Frame - It. I knew nothing about them but soon learned that Rita and her son Lex are wonderful. We brought in 4 very large, but old prints to have framed. They helped with the selection of the frames and made suggestions such as the glass and the matting. They gave us a fair price and said it would be ready in 3 weeks. Lex inquired if we needed them hung and this was music to our ears. 3 weeks later Lex was at our house with the completed prints. They looked absolutely amazing! The quality of their work is gorgeous. Lex has an amazing eye for detail and discussed with us how he thought these pictures should be placed but also listened to what we needed. In less than 2 hours he had 5 framed prints (one that I already had and the 4 he framed) hung on very thick, difficult to drill, concrete walls. His price to hang the prints was very reasonable and fair. I wouldn't have a second thought to using them again and I highly recommend them for any framing needs. read more
