I truly appreciate Ian's work on custom framing my mother's needlepoint. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. I had a budget, and they didn't try to upsell me something that I didn't need. Heritage is an excellent framing service. I am an artist and use Heritage to frame all of my artwork. Ian is extremely helpful, creative, and knowledgeable. My husband and I love to collect paintings among other things. We found this beautiful 19th century painting but it had a nice size hole in it. We looked at a lot of other restoration boutiques but I settled on this one. Might I say that was a good choice. The restoration took about 2 weeks. They patched the hole and touched up the paint. They also touched up the frame because it had some wear and tear. They did a marvelous job! This place is on the pricey side but It is worth every penny. It cost us about $700.00 You pay for what you get and I got magnificent work! They also deliver which was very convenient for me. Delivery fee was very reasonable. About $15. read more

I needed to repair a painting that had been passed down by family. I looked around for somewhere to get it fixed, but decided to take it here after talking with one of the owners over the phone. The price difference didn't seem to be too different from one of the big discount stores that I'd looked at. The difference was them. I recently took three paintings to this gallery to have framed. Two of the paintings were done by my late daughter and needed some restoration work, as well. Ian did an excellent job on all three paintings; they now hang proudly (and beautifully, I might add) in my living room. A little piece of framing heaven right in Tamarac. I am so delightedly happy to have discovered this wonderful framing store thanks to Yelp and some fellow Yelpers. Up till this year, I was using another art framing store that was doing a great job albeit while charging me a small fortune in the process. So it is with great joy that I write this review for the lovely couple that operate Heritage Art Galleries. I am very hands on in the process of framing my art work and Ian was extremely flexible and informative while working with me to find the best options for my taste. I actually dropped off three jobs with them the first time I went there which I never do as a rule. I always take one piece, and let the gallery frame that first before bringing them more difficult jobs. However, I consider myself a good judge of character and I decided to go with my instinct on this one and let me tell you, good instincts never fail you, and this was no exception. We are beyond pleased with the work that was done on each of our pieces. Each piece involved different framing issues and they knocked each and everyone of them out of the ballpark.
