I was very happy to find a tiny aircraft carrier because part of our Christmas ornaments are all the occupations of the whole family, and I never thought I would find an aircraft carrier What's nice about the arts and crafts at Michael's is that you can make memories from all the little goodies that they have!

First of all the ladies working never greeted me and my family who walked in. Then when I asked them to unlock two different cases (two different instances) neither of the ladies were personable at all. Literally just opened the case and walked away from me without saying a word to me. Weird. In another instance I was reading one of their novelty bookmarks and my sister caught the younger sales woman giving me a condescending look. Like, what is her problem and deal?! I'm literally just existing and reading one of the products in the store and that's a problem for her? Grow up. Gross behavior. Then when I when to check out neither of the women working bothered to say a word to me other than purely transactional. Then one of the women boxed up my necklace and was staring to put a ribbon on it, and I said "oh I don't need all that." She still proceeded to put on the ribbon. Then asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes please. And THE WOMAN HANDS ME THE BAG TO DO SO. So I had to unfold the bag and I had to put my item in my bag?!? Are you kidding me right now?! What a pathetic and atrocious level of customer service. Then I looked at them both waiting for a simple acknowledgement or "thank you for shopping with us," and nothing. Neither one of them said a damn word to me; even as I walked out. So incredibly rude! I would not recommend this store.

I go to Cambria every year. I always walk around the town. For some reason I don't think I've ever…read morebeen in this shop. I'm glad I found it this year and decided to go in. I've been wanting a sweatshirt that says Cambria on it. I found one that I liked but wasn't the right size. The gentleman at the front greeted me and told me if I needed anything to let him know and that he can also customize things. I asked him how long it took. He said right away. But then of course the size I wanted wasn't in stock. Go figure. He offered to order it and make it and then ship it to me. I asked what the turn around time was. He said he would have it out by Monday. It literally took him 3 or 4 days and he shipped it out Monday. It was so fast! I literally got it two days after that. I loved the way it came out. I also did ask for something and he said he can do it but it won't turn out the best. I was grateful for his honesty. Their customer service was top notch! I will definitely be back to visit next year and see what else I might find.

Do not spend your money here!!!…read more I ordered a Tonneau cover from them, and it never came in. They had many excuses, and lies for me. They got to the point of just not answering the phone and not calling me back. After two months I went into the shop and demanded my money back!!! I went directly to the dealer in Santa Maria and he helped me out, he had my cover in two days..... however the paint didn't match.... I sent the cover back to be repainted three weeks ago and I still don't have it back. Bottom line is... go to the guy in Santa Maria and order a Leer!!!

I ordered a camper shell in July and when I came back to SLO in Oct. it was in and I had it…read moreinstalled. The two guys that I dealt with were very nice and helpful but I had to bring it back because they had not put it on the bed correctly. It was setting about 1 inch to far to the rear and there was places on the back of the shell that they didn't put any foam sealer. They took care of the two problems and I took off home to Bishop. When I got home none of the interior lights worked so I checked it out and the wiring had burned up because it was pulled around the exhaust up by the engine!! When I went under the truck the wiring was tided up by zip ties and it was draped about 4 inches below the frame where it would be ripped out if I had gone out in the brush with my 4x4!! Then, when I washed it I found 2 spots that had about 3 inch scratches through the paint!! When I talk to them about this they said we sent touch up paint for you to fix this!!! Hey, this is a "new shell" and I just payed over $2,400 for this!! I'm not a happy camper!!
