I am so excited to share my experience. I went January 2017 to see what all this microbladding was all about. Elizandra was so sweet and so professional she explained the entire process one time from beginning to end and as she went along she continued to explain. All the materials she used were brand new and she would break the seal and explain what the instrument was for. Based on what she told me I knew what sound and feeling was coming next. It was painless in part because I was expecting it and in part because she has a good hand for this. I absolutely love how they came out!! I no longer had to take time to do my eye brows and more importantly it changed my face for the better :) I can honestly say that we are in December 2017 and I have not once filled my eye brows. I am new to yelp and do not know if I can share a picture but if I can I will share one from this weekend from my sons baptism. I can't wait for my touch up not because I need it but because I can't wait to see what new tricks Elizabdra has. She is very passionate about her work and it shows. This was a great experience! I booked an appointment for lash extensions with Elizandra via Yelp. She responded quickly and was able to get me in just a few days later. Her studio is super cute and clean. You can tell that she is someone who has experience BEING a customer and that reflects in how she TREATS her customers. For example, she made sure that her treatment bed is comfortable and that the blanket is nice. She will ask you for your preferences about what she listens to as she works on you. She will ask you about the temperature in the room. But what I noticed the most is that when she's lifting and moving the tape she uses on your eyes, she doesn't just rip the tape up. She gently, gently lifts the tape and gently, gently places it back down. LOL! I know that's a minor thing but only someone who wants to give the BEST customer experience will do something like that. You can tell that she not only thinks about what will make her customers look good but what will make them comfortable. Elizandra is super professional but also like your homegirl who is really good at this stuff. I was surprised to learn that she had worked as an attorney before but that professionalism does come across when you meet her. She's so sweet and so cute and I'm glad that this was the place I randomly picked on Yelp to get my lashes done. My lashes look great, I've gotten a gazillion compliments at work, and I'll definitely be going back to Elizandra to get my fill done. She's awesome! read more

Elizandra is an artist! I started off with a microblading session with her, but for my touch up she suggested ombré brows. I was a bit concerned that it would be too much for my skin tone but after seeing photos of her other clients, and knowing that she was going to make me look fabulous, we went for it! She custom designed my brow shape based on my face and my personal input and she put time into making sure they were going to be perfect before she even started with the color. We picked the color together and she was very responsive during the actual procedure. My brows are now healed and they are the perfect shape and color. I can increase the intensity with a brow pencil or leave them as they are for an every day look. I recently relocated from California and was in search of a Lash studio. Within three months I visited three different different studios, all which sadly didn't work out and one which gave me a major allergic reaction! Just as I was about to give up on lash extensions and pull my mascara stick back out I stumbled upon a Framed Faces Ad and...WOW!! I have seriously been wowed by Elizandra's talent! She's not only extremely talented but very efficient, sweet, accommodating and completely understands what customers want! She was sympathetic about my frustration of having to start over from scratch with every new studio (which could get expensive) and understood my major concern with the allergic reaction I had sustained. She thoroughly explained my options and allowed me to decided how to proceed. I of course decided to start with a fresh, brand-new set and must say it was the BEST decision I've made as I'm always getting compliments on my lashes! Elizandra has the cutest and CLEANEST studio I've seen in the area and she definitely goes above and beyond for her clients, which is a major plus in my book! I just got my lashes done by Elizandra today and I love it! I'm from Atlanta, and almost everyone I know wear lashes extensions needless to say, from being around and gotten them done for years I know what I want. Lol I'm not picky, I just know what make me happy, and I thought took a chance coming here at first but BOY! I'm glad I did! I'm very happy to spend that $100 dollar! She was very friendly! Very informative on anything I asked her, she made sure I get what I want and that I was happy. I felt very comfortable on her lash bed, her office was modern, chic, aesthetic and well... glam. She just moved to this new location so I'm excited to she what's else is going to be putting up when I come back. I called on the day off asking to book but she was available to take me in after my work hour and I was happy to rush in right away. Also, for those who wear contact lenses, she uses vegan ahesive so y'all don't have to worry about being burn for getting glam. I just got my lasik done so my eyes are still sensitive even it's been 3 months and I have no problem with her product she uses on me. OCD me Love how the lashes look itself, it's silk so I can tell individually it's very natural and I love how it's thin out pointed tip giving the mink look. Well, lastly I wanted say I'm very happy with how my lashes turned out, they are the perfect lengths( I have small Asian eyes so sometime this is tricky finding the right length), the whole experience was great, clean space, friendly lady, reasonable price, safe location, even at night walking out to my car after my appointments, there were restaurants and shops around so I didn't feel uncomfortable walking to my car, which is a plus. I really enjoyed my lash extension service today! The temper pedic bed was a nice touch. Elizandra took her time and gave me beautiful lashes. Unlike previous services in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, these lashes are SO light and don't weigh down my eyes at ALL! I swear, I can barely feel like there's anything there! They look natural and wispy which will make my getting ready routine even shorter. She was very personable and professional. I even enjoyed listening to the podcast on political issues she had playing in the background. Lol. read more

Hands down, Eli is the best ! I absolutely love her . My experience with Eli was from the beginning to the consultation to the end of the procedure wonderful !
