I felt really uncomfortable here. As soon as I walked in to sit down, I can tell that the woman who works there was just dragging out the service with the lady before me, almost like she didn't want to service me. The job she did on my eyebrows sucked too. I told her a cleanup, but that was the quickest eyebrow threading I've ever gotten...she didn't even try. And the comment about the payment. She asked for cash, but I thought my wallet in, so I payed via Apple Pay with my credit card. She made a little slick comment like she thought the card was going to bounce. "Cash is better". Ma'am...money is money, the form doesn't matter. Quiet as it's kept, I probably make more money than this woman. But since I'm a black woman in work out clothes, she probably assumed I didn't have anything. In a lot of these places, you walk in as a black person and the vibe completely changes when it's time to give us their service. I get that vibe a lot here in south florida (can't wait to move). I'm going back to the woman who usually does my eyebrows (my girl Sunitha, look her up, she's friendly, more affordable, and she's been doing my eyebrows for years. I always tip her very well because she's always been kind and she's never been disrespectful to me). I live further away from her, but today let me know that Raz Brow is on some bs, and I should just make the drive to Sunitha. The gas money is worth it. Do not go here, especially if you're a black woman who just needs her eyebrows to not look crazy when she goes into work... it gives racist vibes. read more

Sevda & Rishmie have completely changed my entire eyebrow routine since I started coming to Raz Brow's after covid in 2019. They've always made me feel right at home, they feel like family now. But hands down the best part of going to them every 2-3 weeks for several years now is that it has quite literally changed my look--ironically, my eyebrows now give more natural and full (than when I waxed or tweezed in the past) AND they're more stylized to the shape of my face. Best of both worlds! Pro tip: Make sure you go at least 3-4 times to allow your hair follicles to start growing in naturally, the first few times will prob hurt a bit and then your hair (and your tolerance) will adjust so it's smooth sailing into the long game. I'm now at the point where I have them thread my ears, cheeks, below my lip, around my hairline, and my neck. I've been to this salon twice for threading and both times I came away bloody and was scabbed by the next day. Two different operators but same results. I mentioned it the second time and the woman, I think she was the owner, said "well it wasn't me." True, but the same thing happened. I have never experienced the level of discomfort during and after threading before or since. I don't know if they use some unusual thread or go too fast or it's some other reason, but I won't be back. read more

Super friendly staff. Came here for an eyebrow threading and eyebrow tinting. There were quite a few people waiting but they were fairly quick. The prices were only a little more than what I usually pay which was fine. My eyebrows came out a little thinner than expected and the tint not as dark. The tint was only on my brows for a few minutes. It has been two days and they are already pretty faded. Okay experience overall. read more

First of all she was extremely rude talked on the phone the whole time made me wait when no one was in there and then completely destroyed my eyebrows I just said I wanted a clean up and she reshaped my one eyebrow making it look completely different then the other and she made them super thin when I explained that I've grown them out and I like them thick then she told me it was my face that was the problem and then she said I could have a discount for 10$ after she ruined my eyebrows then told me not to come back. Sveda is fabulous! We heard some bad reviews about the other woman who works there so we only go when Sveda is there. In fact, I've only walked in the place once ever and seen the other woman. (No clue what her name is). I haven been taking my daughter there since last year and it was a great first experience for her when she started doing her brows. I got mine don't today for the first time and we are both very happy! I tweezed the hell out of my eyebrows when I was younger so I decided to try her brow and lash serum since they are thinner and not as full as I'd like. I'll let you know in five or six weeks if I see a difference! So far we have no complaints at all with this place! So fast and so easy!
