The sound quality was poor in the first two rooms and while there is security, they don't do much if anything about the child-based sound issues. So one room contained a crying/screaming baby and another a massive group of talkative seven year olds. Can't really call it an immersive experience at that point.
My main issue was most of the space felt AI generated and cheap. I would say the back room was the most successful in what they were trying to accomplish, but there just wasn't enough to it. It reminded me a bit of the Book of Kells experience, but less well done.
Personally, I'd recommend Twist Museum if you're looking for an immersive experience in London, but unless you get tickets for free I would skip Frameless. read more
