Sunroom had several leaks over the years which they attempted to address by letting some 3rd grader with a caulk gun slop silicone sealer all over the glass, the frame, and anywhere else they could possibly slather it and not care to make it look professional. Recently had the glass in the two doors replaced as their seal was leaking causing the doors to fog up inside and look cloudy. The glass was placed under the warranty plus the price of a service call, and again they slopped black sealer all over both glass doors, damaged the interior pull handle by knocking the paint off it and walked away because they lack integrity and will never take responsibility for their workmanship. The sunroom is not mine, it's on my mother's house and she's fought this company for well over a decade and now that she has cognitive issues at 87 years old I have to take over. Stay away from this company, let them fail.

The communication that had been so key early on had faded, and I honestly didn't know if we were on the schedule or had been completely punted. I had to follow up to ensure things were on track. It took multiple weeks to have someone out. I think it's because of the frequent rains throwing off the schedule, but again it felt my messages were sort of going to a void. They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings.

They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process were patient with me throughout all of my questions about the expectations for the product and work as well as during the installation process. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed.
