A place to go bowling and arcade gaming with your family, right in the heart of Pooler ! ~Location & Parking~ Frames N Games is located next to Royal cinemas - it is behind the strip mall that has several stores including Molly McPherson's pub. There are sufficient parking spaces around the establishment unless you come at peak hours, you may have to park at the strip mall which is a very short walk away. ~Services & Food~ There are many bowling lanes - I've never had to wait to get a lane. We went on Saturday afternoon, a peak time - the crowd mostly comprised of children and families - and didn't have any trouble getting a lane . They also have arcade games and a laser tag area which is super fun! It's a great place to take your kids to. As for the food - I don't believe they have many options but it's good enough for a gaming and bowling place. We just ordered pop. ~Ambience & Pricing~ The bowling equipment and lanes are well-maintained. We didn't play any of the games, but the arcade looked nice as well. There were mostly families with children and it was filled with lots of chatter and squeals. The only thing I felt was lacking was that there was no music in the background - having music would've elevated the experience . Additionally, after 9pm at night, they turn off the main lights and have cool moving projections and music while you bowl - worth waiting for that! As for the pricing , it was reasonable. The price is based on how long you reserve a lane. In summary, a fun place to take your family on the weekend !

We came here for a kids birthday party and each kid received a game card with $10 on it. Within 3 minutes all three of the kids that were with me ran out of credits. Just as I was getting ready to add more money to their cards I noticed what a TOTAL ripoff their games are! $3 per play is a little ridiculous don't you think?! Needless to say I did not add more to their cards cause enough will never be enough in this case. We won't be visiting here for their arcade. Other than that the staff was really nice and the party was very well organized.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM FRAMES N GAMES! Came in Thursday around 1:30pm and got a lane. Barely any customers in the establishment, but Went to order 2 plates of buffalo chicken fries from bar area. Waited for the food for 30min plus just for it to have cold chicken and warm fries! I had went back to tell the lady that the food was cold and she took the same plate of food that was cold, went to the back, and warmed it up. Came back atleast a minute later with the same plate and didn't even say anything about having to warm it up. Terrible customer service and will never order food from there again. U would be disappointed if u waited that long for food just to be heated up and STILL cold after the second time. I'm a regular that's now not a regular.

My daughter and I visited here on a weekday afternoon. It's a great time to go. They have discounts before 5 and it's not super crowded. We started off in the bar area. It's got plenty of seating and three pool tables. The pool tables are $1 a game and accept coins and dollars. The bar high top chairs in the pool area could use a little tlc. The foam is exposed on most of them. They have an incredible draft beer collection. And happy hour prices are $1 off each beer. We played a few games of pool then headed to the arcade. The games in there work off a reloadable plastic card that you swipe for each game. They have lots of interesting game choices. They have two karaoke machines that make recording of your songs, one even has video. We didn't try this but would love to come back and try it. We did take pics in the photo booth. That was fun. It's $3 and you get two copies of your four pics. It was so much fun we did it twice. They have lots of driving two man games. They have a super large Pac-Man game that two people play together. It was great. They have a few air hockey games. They have three basketball games, but only one worked. We played it many times. It was hilarious and an actual workout. They have a dance game and guitar hero. Those were great for two people. It was a great afternoon. We can't wait to go back!

The worst run business I've ever come across. Today during my bowling game, the game frooze in which I called staff to remedy. After 20 minutes of inactivity and a trip to the service desk, I returned once again for a refund which they refused to give citing it can go as an exchange for game credit only. I paid cash for bowling, not games. Totally unaccommodating, rude and dismissive. I will never spend another dime in this piss poor establishment and will urge others not to be blatantly turned away from what is rightfully there's. I'm sure those measely 15bucks they refused to reimbursed pales in comparison what I would've spent at future times considering I was with my 8yr old that comes here. Never again!!! read more

Brought a drink from the bar and bartender stole an extra tip from my card even though I had already tipped her and signed both receipts make sure you keep your receipt. I Told the manager the next time I visited just to let him know not expecting any money from them and he seemed not to care. Told me to go back to my lane because he would give me a business card and never showed up. This type of behavior makes it bad for the waiters and waitresses who honestly make their money because it will make people feel hesitant about tipping. It's understandable that you may not make as much money as you would like but you should not take it upon yourself to take money from good paying customers who just wanna have a good time not expecting to be robbed no matter how much money it is. We went here for my daughters birthday and ordered some pizza that came out raw. When I took it back and asked for another one the young man at the counter said he would grab a manager. The manager then went to grab the pizza out of the trash and look at it and told us that's the way it is which is fine but then I asked for a refund because we did not eat it and Angela ( the manager ) told us she has no control. Wow really no control. Then what is the point of her being a manger if she has no control. Then when I asked her for someone that can help she said " sorry I can't help you ". Ok so the manger was pretty much useless and then she decided to come over while my child was bowling and tell me she will pay for another one herself and burn it. So pretty much if you every have a problem don't ask for a manger. read more

You know there is a real problem with a bowling center that f**ks up a bowling ball and refuses to fix or replace.....especially when you actually are a patron at that center....FRAMESNGAMES don't value there customers only your money read more

Total ripoff!! Scheduled a group there, told we could bowl at one time, called us to come earlier. When we got there, said we couldn't bowl for an hour. I complained, and manager confronted me very risky. Needless to say I won't be bringing my 150 kids back again. So I guess they don't need $1500 bucks. Horrible experience and a total ripoff. read more

I am absolutely appalled by this establishment and their blatant disregard for Harper service! A class field trip was booked, as we are here pricing has changed and they are continuously adding fees. Parents that paid to partake into activities with their children in advance are now not allowed to due to "that price wasn't for this and it's not part of contract". Payment was made in full, and now that they've collected money things keep being added. Over $60 spent out of pocket and still they want more. The manager has been rude, considering that we are a group of over 30 in a place that is virtually empty it is pathetic. It seems that they would be a little more accommodating and have a lot more respect. A group of 22 Christian school children that have worked so hard to earn this field trip - all to be taken advantage of and money taken. Absolutely pathetic. read more

I love the variety of things to do, bowling, laser tag, and arcade games as well as the bar/grill. My kids enjoy it here, and I like the option of buying a drink if I want. :) My family goes here at least a couple of times a year to bowl and know we'll have a good time. The popcorn is tasty and affordable. :) read more

I use to work for these criminals when I was younger in 2006 when they were located off President…read moreSt in Savannah GA.I was a struggling newly wedded father who needed all his coins.We were responsible for putting up tents they rented from Ranco tent company out of Statesboro GA, setting up all the heavy stuff like chairs tables,and cleaning up after the event.Well they had a lot of work and needed extra help but didn't have enough people so they asked me would I be willing to help them out?I said yes because I need the money and by law anything over 40hrs is overtime in the state of Georgia and you are supposed to be paid for time and a half,just as they had posted inside of there break room.They worked me over 80 hours in one week but when it was time to pay me the lady tried to pay me straight time instead of the time and a half required by law.I thought it was a mistake but when I brought it to her attention she said I wouldn't be paid for time and a half just straight hourly wage which at that time was only 9 Dollars and hour.I stated to her that by law I was intitled to time and a half.She said ok you can leave or she would call the police.I said call the police you are the one who is wronging me.This lady actually called the police on me and I wasn't loud or threatening towards her.i was just pointing out to her what I saw as a mistake at the time.Long story short I never got my money because the police said that this is a civil issue and I would have to take them to court.He stated that I was right but they don't handle civil issues the only reason why they were there was because she said she felt threatened.smh Long story short I didn't have the money or the time to see them so I lost out.For many years this bothered me because I felt like I was done like that because I was black.This company is not owned by someone who has integrity or morals.Or maybe they have or she has changed because nothing stays the same.Im not the same as I use to be.I really just wanted her to see this all these years later and think back to that incident.I helped you and your company and you did me wrong but I'm not seeking revenge I just wanted to get that off my chest.

Being it is a holiday we get there early and have breakfast within walking distance so we can get parking. Must have been our lucky day as we got the best parking space in the lot. We were instructed to arrive 45 minutes before the tour. Since we were there and checked in early as was the other group of six we left actually a few minutes early. The weather was perfect and we had on plenty of sunscreen. JD led the boats to different spots on the island so that we were able to see Dolphins. I was surprised that in the middle of the day that we were able to see so many. JD was kind and took pictures and sent them to everyone through What's App. What a great way to spend the day as well learn the island. The entire length of the trip was 2 1/2 hours. Definitely a must do on anyone visiting the Island. Just be warned you will get wet so plan accordingly. You are given a small cooler with ice and bottle waters

We had a party for my daughters birthday here. The place was clean, but there wasnt any staff out on the floors to help with anything. Only at the desk where you pay. We did bowling and had no issues. Accept another family was put directly next to us even though there were plenty of open lanes they could have played on. Their kids kept taking the balls our party members had picked out for themselves. So our party kept having to wait for the other people to get done with THEIR ball in order to bowl. It was annoying because it was slowing our games down. The arcade had a pretty good selection of games, but the prizes for tickets were a little ridiculous. In order for the kids to get anything besides candy, they had to get a TON of tickets. Like 500 tickets for something that we could get from the dollar store. Come on! We will be back for the bowling. read more

Frames N' Games in Pooler is such a fun spot for a family outing! Today Jordan, the kids, and I went there to do some bowling, and we had a great time from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how affordable it is $28.99 per lane for up to 6 people for an hour is honestly a great deal. We ended up getting two hours because we were having so much fun, and it was totally worth it. The atmosphere is perfect for all ages, whether you're going with kids, friends, or just looking for something casual to do. It's lively, entertaining, and a great way to spend quality time together. Frames n games is a lot of fun. The prices really are not too terribly bad. The lane next to me had a problem with the balls returning but besides that, I can't complain. The women at the front desk all had attitude except The one nice one blonde blue haired girl she was all smiles which made my visit better. Loved the Oreo churros. read more
