I have visited Stars and Strikes several times over the years, and it's an enjoyable experience every time. I played at their Bowling Alley recently for an Epliepsy group night and the lighting, atmosphere, and music is just right for groups of people bowling. Their pizza is delicious, hot, and ready. They had a nice selection of lemonade, water, and soda for us. I loved their arcade games. They have several classic games like skee ball, air hockey, and basketball. I enjoyed their arcade games. You have to purchase an arcade card to play. Laser tag course is fantastic and great for date night and groups. Looking forward to another visit! read more

My family has visited the Stars and Strikes location multiple times, and overall the arcade itself has usually been enjoyable for my children. However, during our most recent visit, I was informed that minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arcade. While I understand businesses having supervision policies, the enforcement and explanation caught me off guard because this had never previously been addressed during earlier visits. As a single mother of two boys with different personalities and interests, it can be difficult to physically stand beside both children at every moment while also handling things like food, restrooms, or other normal parenting responsibilities. My children have never caused disruptions or behavioral issues during our visits. What made the experience frustrating was the lack of clarity surrounding the policy. I had to specifically search online afterward just to locate a single line mentioning the rule, and there does not appear to be much explanation regarding how the policy works in practical situations for families. I believe clearer communication and more consistent enforcement would help avoid confusion for parents visiting with children. read more

Love that they offer kids bowling for free in the summer! Tuesdays you can buy an unlimited arcade card. They have some restrictions but it's a great way to let younger kids (who lose games real fast ) play without being worried that you'll spend a small fortune when they die every 10 seconds. read more

I took my 5yr old daughter here a couple Saturdays ago. We were hoping to bowl a little then play at the arcade but the wait time for bowling w/o a reservation was 2hrs. I've never been to Stars and Stikea prior to this day so was not sure what to expect. We did go in the late afternoon around 2:30pm and it was pretty busy and crowded. Even though we did not get to bowl, my daughter had a great time at the arcade and she got some get prizes with all the tickets her and her dad won. We will definitely be back and hopefully the bowling wait time we be less. Maybe I'll even set a reservation to avoid any major delays. We didn't try any food so not feed back on that. read more

I'm am shocked with the reviews I am seeing. We went to stars and strikes last night for the first time and it was one of the best times we have had in a while!!! The service was probably the best service I have ever received. Not just by one staff member but multiple. When we walked in James greeted us with a smile on his face and pointed us in the right direction to set up a bowling game. While we were playing one of the employees Tyler asked if he could give my son a present (i thought maybe he was going to give him a free dessert) nope he gave him a bowling pin with his name and year written on the bottom of it!!! Unbelievable!! We had gotten to our second game and we only had two turns each left but our time was running out Markel ended up adding enough time for us to finish our game without paying extra! Again... wow. As we were leaving I spoke with Nigel and Joanna about how wonderful our experience had been. Nigel found my son in the arcade and gave him a free $25 arcade card. He was beyond excited. As we were playing games Nigel came up to my son and told him how to win (we were playing a racing game) my son ended up coming in second place and was so proud of himself. He then looked at my son and said hey i think you dropped something and proceeded to hand him ANOTHER $25 arcade card. We were speechless. I honestly wish I could give the staff and the establishment more than 5 stars because the experience exceeded my expectations!!! If you haven't been here you need to go asap and have a fun night out! It was clean, new arcade games, bowling was awesome, and they have so much more to offer. This is not how I expected the night to go. From the moment we arrived, my group was treated as if we were not welcome. The bartender, Amber, served us drinks with visible disgust and an unprofessional attitude. Despite this, we remained polite and respectful. When I later approached the bar to order another drink for my friend and place it on my tab, Amber responded by huffing and puffing and then began asking for everyone's ID in a confrontational manner. I understand and respect ID policies, but the way this was handled felt unnecessary and targeted. The second time we approached the bar, the situation escalated further. Amber told us to "leave her alone" and instructed us to step to the side. Shortly after, she called security and had us escorted out. At no point were we disrespectful, loud, or causing a disturbance. We were simply attempting to order drinks. Being treated this way was embarrassing and disappointing, especially as paying customers. Customer service and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent other guests from having a similar experience. read more

We reserved a lane just in case it got crowded. Tuesdays offers a great package deal making it quite affordable and who doesn't like a bargain! There's also a full service bar for the adults!! Staff ruined our experience entirely. All had to be severely intoxicated for the insane lack of communication and competency. Our lane was down for an hour and though assured it was being fixed by 6 different team members we found the "tech" who couldn't fix a simple problem and he hadn't even heard of our issue. The whole staff was fucking off in the dining area of the bar after we finally got our lane switched and ran into our next game stopping issue. Many people were still waiting for service by the time we walked out. This location will never get my business or recommendation again unless there is some serious accountability taken at the supervisory level. read more

Brought my 3 grandkids to bowl and play the arcades today. They had a great time bowling and then we dropped a lot of money per grandkid for them to play the games and win some prizes. The first grandson finishes and picks a prize but when the second grandson goes to pick something out they close the prize shop. No notice or warning. We asked what was going on because now we have two kids waiting to pick prizes and one who got something. The employees said they were fixing the computer. Kept telling us 5 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting and late to dinner reservations we left with two upset kids 6 and 3. They can't go back, they are visiting from NY. NO effort was made to accommodate any kids. If you have been to the arcade it is easy to drop $25 to get a $5 gift. Disappointing how the whole event was handled. read more

I'm writing this review about my recent visit to Stars and Strikes, and unfortunately, it's not a positive one, mostly because of our server, Joanna. From the start, Joanna was just not on top of things. It took forever for her to even come over to our lane, and when she did, she seemed totally distracted. During our time here, it felt like we were constantly trying to get her attention. Simple stuff like getting drink refills or asking for more napkins was like pulling teeth (we had mostly finger foods while bowling so of course we needed more napkins). We had to ask multiple times, and each time, she acted like we were bothering her. Honestly, it made it hard to enjoy our food. And to top it off, Joanna's attitude wasn't great. She didn't smile much and seemed really impatient when we asked about the menu. Her whole vibe made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It seemed like she was high or on something and I get that servers have tough days, but this was something else. Her speech was really slow/slurred and she just seemed not completely there. Joanna's service was just not good. I really hope the management there takes this seriously and looks into this or gives her some extra training. Until then, I can't recommend spending money here if you end up with Joanna as your server. read more

You can purchase card at the machine in the front. The card also stores the number of winning tickets you get when you play. You can check the same machine you used for ticket balance. The is area for purchase items with your tickets you won. It was quite a bit of a selection on items. The bumpers cars are cool for younger kids. The area inside for it is not that big. The laser tag is cool. You just sign up at the front desk to pay and play. There is bowling on two sides. One side look mainly like community bowling. The other side looked like private bowling. If you reserved a party or event. There's a full bar and food area. I didn't order next or food this time. Due to me going on spur of the moment for a birthday party. Next time I will check out the food and drinks. It has its own parking lot so you won't have to worry about parking. read more

First its a busy place and i know that. My family and i went in 3/15/26 @2p to bowl. Went up to the counter and were told there was an hr wait. No big deal. So we went to the bar food area sat down party of 7. We put a food and drink order in our selves at the kiosks. Again no big deal. Then over the intercom a man state their only server had the flu so no one is there to take your order You can use the kiosk. We already did that so it wasnt an issue. Until we get called that our lane is open to bowl we get our shoes and as soon as we sit down. Over the intercom take 4 your drinks are ready but now one is at your tables please come to the bar to pick them up. So I go to get the drinks from the bar. There's only one bartender working and the line is long. So I wait in line. For 15 mins. As the bartender is serving people infront us up and random people will who walk up. Im frustrated at this time because I paid to bowl for a certain amount of time and im waiting in line to get drink loudly said over the intercom that were ready. Finally I get to the bartender and I tell him im from table 4 here for my drinks. He is like a deer in head lights looking at me. He hands me drinks that were behind him and says I guess these are yours. I grab them walk to my bowling lane and notice im a drink short. Again had to wait in line. Very frustrated. Finally another guy walks up and says yeah the root beer I have to go get it ill bring it to your lane along with your food. 15 more mins go by after that. Like I get the place was busy but seems like poor management when you only have one server schedule whom you had to send home because they were sick and one bartender on a weekend no less. When my drink and food finally came my family and I were extremely disappointed in the quality of food. The cheese pizza wasnt even as good as chuck e cheese pizza and thats saying alot. It was dry and hard like it had been sitting for a while in the window before being brought out to us. For the amount of money being spent there by many people not just myself. Stars and strikes is played out and expensive. They need to do better with hiring staff or scheduling staff. 1 server and 1 bartender for that place despite the little robots the deliver food isnt enough for that place. Not to mention getting told over the intercom I that customer were messing with the robots and sending them other places and if the person was caught they would be asked to leave. It just seemed a little ghetto. Getting told over the intercom if you dont get your order because you weren't at your table you won't get a refund. Walking in, there were several security guards who were checking ID. Once inside, there are flashing lights, exciting sounds, and a lot of people. Today, this place was not over crowded and they offered the option to play unlimited arcade games for one flat price. This made the afternoon fun and kept things affordable. Preface: I have not bowled or played any games here. My friends started hosting cornhole tournaments on Tuesday nights in the conference room, so I have only had food/drinks and used the facilities. The staff has been pretty friendly and there appears to be plenty to do. You can order at the bars or at kiosks and food is often delivered by little robots. The food is not bad, but nothing to write home about. They have happy hour drink specials and different meal deals, which include game cards. Stars and Strikes is new and shiny. Inside is huge. They have a restaurant, arcade, bowling alley with VIP lanes, laser tag, private party rooms, bumper cars, and an escape room. They probably have even more activities that I didn't notice. It was a Saturday night and it was super busy. We opted for the regular, non VIP lanes. I find the bowling to be expensive. It was about $35 for 2 people for 40 mins of bowling. This includes shoes. You can only get in about two games with that time. But you have to keep a steady pace. Luckily, there wasn't a wait to bowl. I've been there when the wait was an hour. The bowling area is nice. The couches are soft. The balls are organized by size and hole size which makes it easy to find the perfect one. I liked the fun facts that pop up on the score screens. The restrooms are clean. I'll probably be back as there aren't many bowling options around town. read more

The food is terrible, over priced and takes forever. We waited an hour for a single cheese pizza and we're not even given so much as an apology. The arcade has enough options to keep every busy and entertained, although not many multiplayer options. One of the reason we visited was a friend wanted to do bumper cars, turns out their bumper car area is a title little corner (maybe 12x 12?) with a hand of cars. Literally no option but to non stop bump into someone, but we didn't even get the chance as no operator was around and despite us asking twice, one never arrived. Stars and strikes was a blast. I had a lot of fun. I met my friend at the bar to have a drink. The bartender was super friendly and sweet. I ordered a beer and we went to the lane we were at. My friend had it set up already with our shoes and whatnot. The bowling balls were really awesome, with the finger holes being shown as M, L, XL for each size of ball. This made it super easy to find a ball that would fit my hand. We bowled and had a great time. There was a waiter that came by to see if we wanted drinks or food every so often.
