They may be busy but they always make time for every seller. Not only did Stephanie come multiple times to our home and explain financials, she walked through each room and explained what we should do to "stage" the home. She was very upfront about how much we should list it and she doesn't represent homes she doesn't feel confident about. My husband and I always felt we were in good hands and we appreciated all she and her team did for us to sell our home! We are closing on our house on Friday and couldn't be happier with how she has handled this transaction. Professional / Personable / Expert.

Then, 2 weeks later, my new Realtor brought potential buyers to our house who told us that about 3 weeks earlier they had an appointment with Stephanie to view our home. They came for the appointment and waited on my back deck for 30 minutes but Stephanie never showed so they moved on and almost bought another house. Our experience with Stephanie was not a good one. Missed appointments and phone calls that go unreturned. Her team sells a lot of houses but if service matters I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Working for the brokerage with the #1 market share in Orange, my hometown, has been incredibly rewarding. The management team, support staff, and technology are second to none, and I'm grateful to be part of a company that truly invests in its agents while also giving back to the community we serve. I'm proud to call Coldwell Banker Realty home and look forward to many more years helping buyers and sellers throughout Orange and beyond!

We were honest about our position from the beginning. We wanted to sell our home but we did not NEED to so we weren't go to just take any offer. But we repeatedly heard, "Well, the buyer needs..." - Excuse me? We, the sellers, hired you! Then, our garage door was broken not once, but twice during showings and they assumed no responsibility what so ever. If had only been once, we may have been more understanding. The first time it happened I was able to get back there before the end of the showing and fix it before more damage was done. The second time it happened, I wasn't there and we had to have it professionally repaired. The agent called and tried to tell me it looked as though someone backed into our door. She tried to cover it up knowing it happened before and the type of damage was identical. We called her on it but the response we got was, "Well, you don't expect me to pay for it!!" Yes, actually. We, and she, knew it was one of three prospects that broke the door and she did nothing to help clarify at which showing it happened. We were upset by the damage and the attitude so the agent had the manager, Aileen, contact us who had the nerve to advise us to contact the police and report it as vandalism!! Aside from being untrue, they encouraged us to file a fraudulent report with the police!!! When Overhead Door came to repair it, they knew just by looking at the door from the outside that the someone locked the door and then tried to open it with the electric door opener as we'd known all along. Overhead Door was kind enough to put it in writing but Coldwell Banker could have cared less and we had to pay for the repair out of pocket. Every step of the way, there was something that we couldn't do or shouldn't do and it clearly wasn't appreciated when I questioned what I was told by the agent. If the sale hadn't gone through, we would have fired them and hired another firm when the contract period w/Coldwell ended. They're more interested in making their money as quickly as possible than anything else. In the end, it was a toss up as to what we were happier to be done with - the condo or Coldwell Banker. Do not hire this firm. There are much better out there. Well known or years of experience does NOT mean well suited. Buyer beware and go elsewhere!
