She was very dogged about digging up intel on the listings, and when she walked through houses with us she noted important pros and cons we would have overlooked. Friendly but my opinion is not a good negotiator when it comes to the house u really want

There are so many good things to say about Jill that it's tough to know where to start so instead I'll start with the ending...: Jill is the finest real estate professional I've ever worked with and our whole family works in the industry. My mother decided to move to Connecticut and began her search for a home in Milford. After seeing many homes on her own, she eventually met Jill at one of Jill's various open houses. It was a great house but not quite right for my mother (who had very specific needs and preferences) but she was so impressed by Jill's warmth, professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market, she decided to work exclusively with Jill to find her new home. I was very surprised my mother decided to work with a broker because our whole family is in the industry so we are used to "doing it ourselves" but after I joined my mother for a few showings with Jill, I immediately saw why she was so impressed. Jill always stuck to our guidelines, never tried to push anything on us and always had a great attitude. When my mother eventually decided to look at neighborhoods closer to New York City, she thought she'd have to find a different broker because Jill was based primarily in the Milford/Trumbull area. Jill didn't miss a beat and ended up finding my mother exactly what she wanted in Westport, CT. Not only did Jill find her a home in a neighborhood she thought she'd never be able to afford, she negotiated tirelessly with the seller's agent to get her an even better price. When it came time to close, several issues came up and while we had trouble getting the attorney and the bank to do their jobs, Jill just kept solving problem after problem, keeping us on track to close where I have no doubt any other agent couldn't have kept the deal from falling through. I can't imagine anyone having done a better job and Jill continues to check in on my mom from time to time going on over a year now since the closing. read more

Jill Taylor is incredibly dedicated, spending way more time on the purchase of our home than I would have expected from any realtor, let alone one as busy and recommended as Jill. We purchased our first home in Morris Cove in New Haven thanks to Jill, who was available 24 hours a day to answer questions and help. She never made us feel inferior or stupid and was willing to chase our dreams wherever they lead us. Even with a scheduling conflict, she made sure to be at the closing with her adorable family.
