So now my $1.50 purchase was extorted into a $5.00 purchase. Nowhere does it say this and the lady firmly told me it was their policy and refused to bend. The pages were time sensitive and they have the monopoly on printing in Grayling so I buckled and bought it. It was quite a tactic to raise someone's purchase nearly 300 percent. I look at the bigger picture. I think if their customer service model is to be that underhanded with small purchases they have no problem sticking it to people with big purchases and if I ever need printing services I'll look up the road in Gaylord or online. I understand it costs to use card machine and would've had no problem with an additional .50 cents that the rest of the world charges under this sort of circumstance, but none the less my business has forever been lost.

I went in to print a PDF that was set up for a template of Avery labels. When it printed it was too small (about 90% of original) and didn't align on the labels, so I thought I must've messed something up with the file. When I went to pay for the one sheet printed they charge me $2.70 and said they had a $2.50 Cent set up fee for printing a PDF off of a thumb drive. Then the lady said "I suppose I should've told you that on the phone" but never apologized. Came back to the house and printed the exact file from the thumb drive on my printer and it was fine. When I called and told them, they wouldn't take the responsibility for it or apologize. I will never use this print shop again.j
