I had a very simple, small copy job on self serve & then tried having them do it. The manager refused to help me on self serve again & new person did it wrong. Don't Shake your customers down for more money. Just moved to the area and my printer broke during the move so I came in with a memory card to have 2 pages printed and when I was checking out with my debit card, because let's be real, most people don't uses cash, I was informed that I had to spend 5.00 to use a card. So now my $1.50 purchase was extorted into a $5.00 purchase. Nowhere does it say this and the lady firmly told me it was their policy and refused to bend. The pages were time sensitive and they have the monopoly on printing in Grayling so I buckled and bought it. It was quite a tactic to raise someone's purchase nearly 300 percent. I look at the bigger picture. I think if their customer service model is to be that underhanded with small purchases they have no problem sticking it to people with big purchases and if I ever need printing services I'll look up the road in Gaylord or online. I understand it costs to use card machine and would've had no problem with an additional .50 cents that the rest of the world charges under this sort of circumstance, but none the less my business has forever been lost. read more

So today I had to contact xpress copy to get a new W2 mailed to us. For those of you that don't know, my husband worked there temporarily. Apparently he had made a few mistakes after only working there for a month roughly. So they let him go. He hadn't been paid for some time he had worked and we tried to bring it up and where told he'd been paid for all his time. Low and behold we where right and his check that he hadn't received was in a drawer. Details mattered to them about his work but details about making sure people got there paychecks didn't seem important to them. Matt had made a post on Grayling helping Grayling about how he was treated and how he had been shorted on pay. I didn't make the post. Said nothing, commented on nothing. I have never said anything bad about the business or the owners. UNTIL TODAY.... So I called to request the W2 that had been lost. And Connie got on the phone with me and proceeded to reprimand me for how WE handle things with them. I did nothing to them. At all. So her attacking me today for something that had absolutely nothing to do with me showed me how unethical and unprofessional these people are. Then she tried to tell me that she had already sent us a W2 and that she needed to contact her accountant. So I explained to her that she LEGALLY has to send or provide us with that W2. And I told her, her business is garbage and I hung up. She called me back told me to go to ATS to get the W2. I started to ask where ATS is and she hung up on me. Do not do business with these people. They think because they own a business in this town that they can bully people. Well, I for one will not be bullied. And the conduct of these people is anything but professional. read more

I sent in items to be printed after being quoted. I got there the next day 45 minutes after I said I'd be there to get them. Show up and they had no idea where my items were or if they were even printed. Tried giving me two different orders, neither were mine. Then tried to charge me over double what I was quoted. Only good thing was they honored the quote. Made me late for my appointment having to wait for the items to be done that should have been in the first place. The owner was there and never said a word. No apology for the mix up or wait. Not impressed. Next time I'll use a box store. read more

I was in a pinch for a very important poster that I needed for a family party. I emailed Xpress Copy Center and they responded very quickly. They were incredibly friendly and the price was in my price-point. I didn't know what to expect when I picked up the poster we needed and when I picked it up, I was stunned at how beautiful it turned out. So, not only was the staff friendly and the prices low but the finished product was incredible. You can't ask for much more than that! read more
