We had a weekend and Dawn was able to put together the winning offer on the house that weekend. After we moved, it was time to sell our old townhouse and we were blown away with Dawn's expertise in selling. We hadn't updated the house at all and we were behind on maintenance, but Dawn helped us put together a plan to get the best price for our house. She created a list of improvements we could do that were cost effective; picking out all the furnishing and fixtures to maximize our selling price. She also guided us through Compass Concierge so we didn't have to pay immediately for any of the improvements.
