I wish I was exaggerating, but I have the screenshots of my call logs to prove it. To make matters worse, there is no option to schedule appointments online. On the rare chance you finally get a live person on the phone, they constantly hang up on you. This isn't a one-time issue; it happens over and over again. It's a real shame because the doctors here are actually very good--it's just too bad you can't ever get an appointment to see them. Edinger desperately needs a new call center. I'm already switching my insurance because I can't deal with this anymore.

Within 10 days I had two surgeries and was on my way to post op radiation. I've never heard of a quicker response. Same when my eye was cut by a cactus.
