I told her, and she said something lame like "we are not accepting PPO patients". I asked her to clarify and she said they are not taking new patients at this time, but she would take my info and put my name on a list. I asked about how long did she expect before they begin taking new patients again and she doesn't know. So don't waste your time on this one. The doctors may be good, but you're only as good as the person answering your phone!
