We also had the pleasure of having Diana come back to our airbnb Sunday for a late brunch, which was so easy and convenient compared to managing two separate vendors! She made us the most perfect, aesthetic charcuterie board - and she even went OUT OF HER WAY to bring us Cuban pastries from a local bakery that she personally loved. This was a celebration, and I had planned the food service entirely around their crepes, with no backup food arranged. Their failure to appear caused significant disruption and stress during an important occasion. What is most concerning is the complete lack of communication: no cancellation notice, no explanation, and no response to follow-up emails. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable for an event service provider. Based on our experience, I do not recommend hiring this company.
