Only one size of each style is sold. This specialty boutique caters to ladies of all ages according to the business card that Sharon the store owner gave me. She's a doll! I immediately felt her store was like a dress up closet and she had me trying out clothes that she pretty much pegged my size and knew what styles I would be interested in. Prices are more on the spendy side. The dresses I looked and eventually got were starting at $80. But know you're paying more for higher quality fabrics and the fact that it's not mass produced There are also accessories like purses, belts and unique jewelry for causal or dressy wear. I popped in here for the free Kohl's Cash event and while I only scored a free $5, I still found a couple things to spend it on (and then some). Staff on both floors were friendly, and there were deals to be had. But it was odd to see large chunks of the salesfloor devoid of any merchandise. With the clearance racks unorganized and crammed full, why you wouldn't spread things out more to make it easier to look at the racks and use up the empty space is beyond me.

When asked, the team member excused themselves and returned with the gift enclosed in a dry cleaners type, flimsy plastic bag knotted at the bottom. I was a bit puzzled since the person seems to be professional and understood. When asked again, they checked w' another team member & returned with the comment more or less: "that kind of bag could not be given to me because of that kind of spend..." The tone was different and seemed discourteous. In a normal way asked how much I could purchase one for. I'ld like to say that I wasn't asking based on the retail or the final sales price of the garment (good value), it was from what I thought was a conversation about me finding a cool gift. During 20+ years as a purchasing customer, haven't needed anything like this so thought it was a reasonable ask. It was suggested that I could go to customer service, maybe they could provide one, but were not sure? I would've preferred a simple no thank you, that's not available rather than the snarky, condescending remark. I appreciate being greeted and asked if I need help, but often it feels like they are watching like a hawk. I'm 10/10 times going to spend more money if I'm left alone. The actual clothing is great because it is decent quality and tends to be flattering to all shapes and sizes. The styles are more on the conservative side, but are still cute.
