The options are limited unless you are a size 0-7 with a smaller chest, also the associates do not help, they just stand at the dressing room staring at you which makes the process even more uncomfortable. After a couple times of her putting in my name wrong I politely changed my mind and told her it was actually ok and I was fine not putting it in, to save her time seeing as the store was very busy and she couldn't hear me. With the intention being to save her time, I was taken aback after she proceeded to raise an attitude and get defensive over it and said I actually had to because they don't have printer paper and if I needed to return it I couldn't. Very upset, agitated and disturbed, because I was mistreated and escorted out of the mall. An employee in Windsor called security on me after asking me if I had stolen from her store last week and I told her no. I am not a thief and have no need to steal. I asked her for video proof she said no. While I was in the store last week some other people came in I knew (who were not with us) and I believe they left before us. I was not aware that they had stolen anything. After being accused of stealing I called the people that I had saw at the mall and told them what happened and scolded them. The crazy thing is they had went back to Windsor a few days ago and was assisted by the same person that had security escort me out....stole more items and were treated humanely. Absolutely love this store. I was needing something for New Year's Eve. I went into other stores, but nothing they had leapt our at me. I walked past Windsor knowing that would be my last store, since I knew I'd definitely find something in there. The store is pretty decently sized and great if you're looking for something for a special occasion or even just something casual. I think most of my prom dresses are from here and even dresses I've worn to weddings, too. They have a great, affordable selection of evening gowns and they are all so beautiful. It's organized by color so if there's a certain color you're looking for, it's pretty easy to find. I didn't need an even gown, but rather just something sparkly to wear for NYE. I ended up liking everything I tried on. I couldn't select so eventually an employee was walking past and overheard my conversation of debate. She helped me pick the perfect outfit! It was so nice having her help. Their customer service is so outstanding that I don't feel cluttered or like they HAVE to say hi to me and say a certain phrase. My roommate is the one who introduced me to Windsor for the first time. While I don't normally like to go shopping, Windsor is a place I would recommend for "going out," clubbing and nightlife items! They offer a huge selection of gowns for weddings as well. As far as quality, some pieces really surprised me because they were pretty decent - a much higher grade than 421 that's fsure! While everything looked cute, I would say their items are overpriced. For a pencil skirt I bought, I went to Charlotte and found the same one for literally half the price. If you're normally a size small, be prepared because they don't have much of this size. Usually everything they sell is already on the floor. They sell accessories, make up, fake lashes, belts, hats, pasties and more! So I would recommend that you check out other stores before committing to Windsor, because of the prices! Let me start my saying, I LOVE Windsor. My first job was at this location, and was promoted to a Store Manager way back when. A Windsor girl for life. This store though. Unshoppable. It was an absolute mess on Wednesday morning. I understand in Homecoming and Prom season on a weekend.. I've worked thru that. But the store and fitting rooms were filthy and unorganized. Too much product on racks, all out of sorts. And that wasn't even the worst part.. because I was looking to SHOP in lieu of the messiness. The service is horrific. An arm full of clothes and had to ask for someone to start me a room, as four associates gossip behind the cashwrap. You would think one would jump at the opportunity, knowing they have sales goals, but was told someone would come to assist. No, they didn't. Off all of items I wanted to take home that day ($300+), ordering online was the better option. I know how to take photos of SKUs. So disappointing. Should've made the drive to Summerlin. This place is alright. I feel like in recent years, this store has progressively gone downhill. The service is honestly not that great, and the selection in the store is limited. These are more of company issues, but I feel like they're still important to mention. The prices are inconsistent and some are outrageous. Some things that you would expect to be less than $150 are well over $200 and vice versa. The zippers are cheap and get stuck often. The sizes are extremely inconsistent as well. I wear a 5 or 6 at most stores, but I need at least a 7 here. I've been disappointed in the styles lately. The shorter dresses for homecoming are WAAAY too short, like barely covering the backside. I feel like one style of dress dominates all other styles. For example, when I went homecoming dress shopping in fall 2013, about 90% of the dresses were one-strapped or sleeved with the other side sleeveless. This company should revise their customer receipts. I tried to return a hat I bought literally one day after it was purchased. The receipts says jewelry is final sale and that they consider hats to be jewelry. A hat is categorized as accessories. The receipt sounds misleading. Aside from that the employees were rude to me in telling me that and I did not appreciate the tone and attitude they gave me. I would be more understanding if they had some nice decent customer service. I went in the store a few weeks ago and bought a few things, I come home and come to find out they charged me for an accessory but it wasn't in my bag I had to go back the next day to pick it up. I went into Windsor and had an amazing experience. I spoke to a black girl-cannot remember her name but she greeted me in a friendly and welcoming manner. I told her that I was fine and just looking. As I peered around the corner, I saw an amazing skirt that I had to try on. Before I could look around for some assistance, she was there. She graciously took my skirt and asked me if I wanted to try it on. I said absolutely but I needed a top. She helped me and we found a top. I went into the danger, I mean fitting room with some trepidation. She actually told me that I needed to change my mindset and go in there knowing that I was fierce. It's hard to find good customer service, so when I do, I want to make sure they get the recognition due. I had a last minute event come up and needed to style an entire outfit. I came into the store and Heather immediately asked if I needed help. I explained my situation, and she stopped what she was doing to help find several different pieces to try, in multiple sizes and colors. She had a smile on her face the entire time, and she even managed to keep everything within a reasonable budget, without me having to ask, all while putting out other small "fires" throughout the store. After we found the dress, she helped me find shoes and jewelry to match, and was very clear about current sales and return policies. The entire experience was quick and easy and fun.
