I brought in my mom's 71 year old wedding gown after unpacking it and realizing it had never been preserved. We wanted to honor my mom's memory and somehow incorporate her dress in my son's wedding. But sadly it was unusable until I found Yosr and her team. Yosr and her team worked their magic and love. The 71 years disappeared and the dress looked like new! The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. Would not recommend doing business with someone like her.

Many of the other tailors I visited worked out of small or makeshift home studios, but Connie's space was open and airy, with a large mirror and a platform that truly makes you feel like a princess when you step up to see how the dress is coming together on your body. Connie herself was just as impressive--kind, professional, and very mindful of my budget. Appointments can feel brief, but she is fair, efficient, and clearly skilled at what she does. My suit was rented, but Wedding Time measured me perfectly, and it fit me so well that I was considering buying it halfway through the wedding. They were very professional and gave ample time for last-minute adjustments just in case we lost a few extra pounds before the big day (I didn't). Every suit shown below was from Wedding Time.
