We recently had David Francis put in a new furnace and convert us to natural gas. We have never had natural gas and had no idea what we were doing. My husband works, so I was the one dealing with the furnace. David explained everything to me and helped me every step of the way. He even told me about rebates that I never would have known existed. He sat at my table and helped me fill the rebate paperwork out. His pricing was more than fair, and he never complained when I called him with questions. And being a female, he always made me feel like he had my best interest at heart and never made me feel uncomfortable or ill at ease. I would highly recommend him.
