The two brothers have become extremely unprofessional. They simply will schedule a detail appointment and flake on the customer. Frequent no shows for detailing. I used these guys for a couple years and towards the end. They would book full details of my vehicles and not arrive without any phone call. I recently thought to give them another opportunity. We scheduled two weeks out a full detail for about $600. They did not arrive and again not any phone call. Francisco's Mobile Auto Detail has become a waste of time for clients. Don't allow them to waste your time. There are many detailers in Santa Barbara. Use a different detailer and avoid the disappointments. read more

I guess Francisco does a great job but I will never know. I called him on a Thursday and he returned my call on a Saturday-said he had just heard my message. We discussed my vehicle, he gave me a price and said he would call again Monday to set a date. He did not do so and I have called four times and texted him once in the past week, so he should have been reminded of his agreement to call. There are so many excellent detailers here in Santa Barbara who are interested in my business and who have a professional manner of operating that I have decided to move on and use one of them. Francisco and his brother, who make a great team, arrived precisely on time and got to work right away. Our car was filthy (our daughter's college car) and we wanted to get it ready to sell. I don't know how they did it, but they were able to remove stains from the carpet, mats and upholstery that I thought would never come out. They worked hard and clearly went the extra mile by adding services for no extra charge. They made the aged and yellowed headlight covers look new! They also cleaned the engine without my asking! Francisco's work ethic is amazing. Non-stop, no interruptions, completely focused on one car at a time. One reviewer wrote that he won't return phone calls, well guess what, he's working! When I originally contacted Francisco I left a message and he called back within a few hours. He also called the day before the appointment to confirm his arrival time and work out final details. Best of all, Francisco's rates are competitive and fair. In fact, I happily wrote the check for more than we originally agreed upon! They did such a good job that I felt they deserved more. AND as if all of the above isn't enough, his cleaning process is environmentally friendly. He brings his own conditioned water for washing the vehicle and then rather than it pouring into the street drain that goes into the creeks and ocean, it's accumulated and put back into his truck! His truck also has a quiet generator so he doesn't use your electricity either. All in all, Francisco is the best there is in the Santa Barbara area. Some neighbors on Nextdoor recommended Francisco's so I gave them a try. What an amazing job they did! They took my late 90's surf mobile that was filled with sand, wax, tar, dog hair Legos and nerf bullets and made it sparkle. I honestly had no idea my old car good shine up so nicely. We have a standing weekly appointment with Francisco and his team to wash our family cars, and they are the very best. Their equipment is brand new, immaculate, and top quality. They are always on time, professional, and they work quickly but thoroughly. Have a change in schedule? No problem- they will do their very best to work with you on early morning or evening appointments. Pricing is very reasonable, at $30 for an SUV. Keep in mind they do a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside, wash the mats, wipe the tires, and leave the car looking brand new. When you compare to a "full wash" around town priced at ~$22, where they barely wipe down the inside windows and you drive away dripping from all points on the car, it's a no brainer. Parents (we have two little ones ourselves), this is AWESOME! They come to your home or work, and they always manage to get all the little bits and pieces of stuff that work their way into the smallest spaces. If you ask they will pull carseats out and get every last crumb, then put them right back in again. They are also extremely sweet to the little kids, often letting them "help" dry the cars. I can't recommend Francisco's highly enough. read more

I called Francisco because of his Yelp rating. They showed up right on time, with a brand new truck, loaded with detailing equipment. They are fulling contained and Clean Creeks savvy. Francisco is a class act. I met him through my cousin who would get his Range Rover washed by him and his brother. Fast forward 2 years and I got in touch with him.
