Brandon greeted us with a smile and a "can do" attitude and we felt confident from the very beginning. He showed us how to set up our system, then he walked with us to every single sprinkler head.....made adjustments where he could, replaced several of the heads, and shut off a few sprinkler heads we really didn't need. He was so easy to get along with, and he was so kind and patient explaining everything to us, along with answering the questions we tossed out. We're Senior Citizens..........and we have never had a sprinkler system before, and we're not all that "techie", either. Brandon had such a way of explaining things to us, and he was so patient. Two different people have told me there are no braces to support the deck from underneath and eventually it will start to sag and give way. I have reached out to the owner numerous times and have been told he will come by and still no one has shown to address the instability of my deck. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for a stable deck. Unfortunately, a friend referred me and I gave them a chance. Lesson learned.

Very nice guys, but I would not recommend using this service. They are commercial window washers…read moreand do not belong in high end homes. They came out and missed several windows during the initial clean and I had to go through and mark all of the missed corners. The tech that showed up used the same dirty water to wash all of the windows inside my house and got black water droplets all over my furniture, window sills, carpeting, and walls. He banged his ladder against the walls and left damage in three separate areas of my home. I had to scrub the black water droplets off my carpeting in several rooms and reclean all of the window sills after he left. For $2,000 this is absolutely insanely terrible service. Commercial buildings or outdoor windows sure... do not let these guys in your home. They powerwashed my driveway and blew all of my plant covers off the plants and didn't put them back, blew the dirty water right into the entrace of my driveway so it was immediately tracked back in within a day. I would also like to note that after i initially complained they sent the same technician back to my house "to make it right". yes, please send the same person that did a terrible job the first time back into my home and not tell me he is coming. I was uncomfortable the entire time. Again, super nice people when you meet them but they are sloppy and inconsiderate once inside your home.
