We are 110% satisfied with the work Francisco and his team did on our property. It all started with the first meeting with Martin. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained various options of tree trimming and removal to us. He gave us a very fair estimate. Martin was laid back and not sales-y, which we appreciated. When we were ready for the complete removal and stump grinding of 9 huge, gnarled trees that were severely neglected by the previous owners, Martin and Francisco came over to reassess the project and got us on their schedule within a week. The crew arrived early and was ready to go by 8 am. The crew was outfitted with helmets and safety gear. It was blazing hot, but they worked efficiently like a well-oiled team. You could see that this crew worked together for a while because they were signaling and helping each other. Everyone seemed to be where they were supposed to be throughout the project. They were respectful of our property. They moved our sport court and basketball rim out of the way of harm. They replaced everything when they were finished. They leveled the ground where they worked. They cleaned up all work areas, areas behind our house in the alley, and areas where debris had fallen, although those areas were not a part of the project. They were respectful of our neighbor's property, too. They knocked on my neighbor's door, informed them of what was going on, completely covered areas of my neighbor's property that would get falling debris, then totally cleaned up those areas in and behind my neighbor's yard. Martin told us that the project would take two days. These guys worked so hard, they had 98% done the first day. The second day they were here for about two hours finishing up. We will definitely call Francisco's Tree Service again for the second phase of our tree work. We feel they gave us great value for the money we paid.
