Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. The driver arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, and only after my vehicle was fully loaded told me there was a "price change" and that I needed to call his boss. When I called, I was told they "didn't account for mileage" and the price was now $220. After pushing back, they lowered it to $200. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If mileage wasn't accounted for, that should've been caught before dispatching a driver, not after my vehicle was already on the truck and I was effectively stuck. Quick response time, but the pricing tactics were dishonest. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're okay with the price changing once they already have your vehicle.

She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.
