I chose to work with them and set up the date and time for pickup and delivery. Excellent service for me and for my car. Used El Paso Car Transport to ship my Tesla Model S from LA to El Paso. John is the man!! He arranged a transport I could only dreamt of. My dates were on time and there were no surprising charges and fees. I called several companies but didn't get the details I was looking for. So I found El Paso and got everything I needed together. El Paso Car Transport is the first company that appeared when I was searching for auto transport. I chose to book them and have them pick up my car straight from my garage. I had to go pick up my car about 3 miles away from my house, which is understandable because the location of my delivery had very narrow roads. Overall 4 stars. read more

The thing I appreciated most is that they were so prompt to respond to my inquiries and phone calls. However, we made agreement on sept 30th for pickup of our car no later than October 5th. Communicated several times to verify no hitches in arrangements. It became clear on October 4th that the pickup would be delayed by 3 days. Disappointing! But once the pickup happened everything went smoothly. The driver delivered to my front door in a good shape. read more

I used them before to ship my car from Texas to Cali and then a year later the reverse route. The people I dealt with are always very helpful. Laura is my go-to person there. Always quick, cheap and reliable! The only tiny issue I had this time was the poor communication from the driver's side.
