This review is in response to OUR DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS let me tell you they cover nothing you need, they only cover what they want you to have done and it is usually not what you need. I haver a dental plan and even when I call them to ask a question the only response is that "benefits are determined at the time of the claim being processed" and then give a ton of other disclaimers that you cannot understand. So when you neglect your teeth like had done my hole life everything seem expensive and so over the top but the end result is real test. At first I felt that everything was covered also and I questioned Dr Perry's billing people and they basically gave me general answers and no guarantees. That is the way it should be! Even when they have called and I was sitting there waiting and waiting for Christine who works at Dr Perry's Office while she was on hold calling my insurance to get a live person. She gave then the codes for the treatment and the response that she got was the same as mine i stated above. If you think dental fees are expensive at any office you are probably going to be getting the appropriate treatment. Don/t be fooled if it cheap or free because nothing is free!!! I hope this helps . this is really about my premiums i pay and get nothing in return so hear goes... I have been seeing Dr Perry for about 5 year now; I had a tremendous amount of dental work done. He was the first dentist to show me how to floss under my old bridge. I was seeing my previous dentist and kept complaining about another problem and I was told it was nothing. Until the prblem became something overnight. Dr Perry took radiographs and pictures of my entire mouth. I could see the giant hole in the tooth in the photo. Since then all the treatment I have had I am in control of and all the treatment has been Successful. I am so glad I started with Dr Perry. I have no pain, my mouth is clean and I KNOW HOW TO KEEP IT THAT WAY! So as far as cost it is priceless. I have not lost any teeth. I smile and they look great. I have a limited budget. That budget is well spent. MY TEETH ARE PRICELESS. The entire office is clean and professional and all his staff are very knowledgeable. Dr Perry id exceptional. I don t often write reviews but there are not enough stars I can give. Dr Perry is truly an artist and does his dentistry with compassion and I always have a great experience. Dr Perry is unbelievable, I am 36 and before April I admittedly was scared of the dentist which always stopped me from visiting any dentist. After 36 years I realized it was time to man up and go to the dentist. So I did my research and Dr Frank Perry's kept coming up so I took the plung but I was still very apprehensive and scared. Since I walked in my first visit in April he has been unbelievable. He is very pacient and understanding, 4 wisdom teeth, a root canal, 3 fillings and a push to get me invisalign later (which was a great decision, my teeth are looking good), I have no doubt that if he can handle me and make me feel comfortable he can help anyone. He goes above and beyond not just for me but each and every one of his pacients. He calls and follows up with me to make sure I am comfortable and doing good after any procedures but more important before each of those procedures he would not go further unless I was comfortable and ready and more important to me, each procedure was PAIN FREE!!, Thanks so much Dr. Perry. Dr. Perry was concerned and knowledgeable about my problem and very comprehensive in determining the proper strategy to solve my multi- faceted problem caused by a wisdom tooth and faulty bridge installed by another dentist. His staff is extremely congenial and caring and helped me through what might have been a difficult experience if not for them under his direction. Even though I live in Valley Stream, it is well worth it for me to travel to his office in Medford because I know I have gotten the state of the art treatment due to his skills and knowledge. His honesty in determining my problem was substantiated by technologies I had not seen in other dentist's offices such as an actual interior photograph of my problematic wisdom tooth along with computer generated picture explainations of my mouth. His pleasant and light personality made for enjoyable visits, and put me at ease through the whole experience. He is now my one and only dentist. read more

I absolutely love it here. Everything is done in a timely fashion, the staff is very nice, and everyone is willing to help and answer your questions. I got some pretty hefty work done and it was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. Both my mother and I have gotten teeth extracted by Dr. Perry and he and the staff keep up with us to make sure we are doing ok. To me that is a big deal. It shows how much they care about their patients. Also the procedures were quick. I was in and out in about an hour or so. If they move we will follow. read more

I have been going to Dr. Perry since almost the day he opened. I have had extensive work and to this Day, Dr. Perry continues to keep My Smile Beautiful. I have no fears of the dentist since Dr. Perry always makes sure I am pain free. He has a great personality and makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I love the service that I get from Dr. Perry. He made sure I had no discomfort with the procedures I had and called to check up on me on a weekend. Who does that? Perry is a drug addict! He is a nasty person that try's to get other people addicted to his drugs. He lost his business because all he did was drugs. So many people are unhappy with his services. His car was impounded a few times and he finally lost it! Thank God! He is evil and does not know how to practice good business. read more
