I was initially a patient of Dr. Berman over twenty some odd years ago and successfully treated for periodontal issues. Now at age 75 I have experienced my share of other type dental problems and see Dr. Berman for his expert opinion when consultation of a periodontist is needed. I only wish my problem of dental pain was the result of gum issues because I know Dr. Berman can treat that. My gums in consideration of my age have been fine since Dr. Berman's initial treatment, education on gum care and my following his advice. Dr. Berman has an appreciation for his patient's as individuals and not just a walking set of gums. He does what ever he can do make the patient comfortable and his staff is patient oriented as well. Dr. Berman is A+ and his office from his kind assistant to the ladies at the front end are all not only efficient but friendly good caring people as well.

He is kind and patient. He explains each procedure and is comforting and reassuring. His staff is pleasant and welcoming. I finally got infected and she wanted it pulled, on the phone we asked if they pull teeth and they said they do. $225 later we were recommend to a specialist that wanted to save it for $1900 + , we are not doing that for a tooth in the back of her mouth that could end up giving her trouble down the road so we went back to e.s.i. and they wouldn't pull it . So here was someone in pain and we got a run around ended up a a oral surgeon that pulled it for $425. So when they say they do everything they don't were never going back I do not recommend this dentistry.

I honestly feel bad writing this only because Dr. Absatz is an amazing dentist. This has NOTHING to do with him. He is fantastic. The 1 star is for Granati. I had booked with Dr. Absatz in July but ended up getting switched to Granati since he was on vacation. I figured how bad could he be? The man walked into the room having a conversation with either himself or someone who wasn't listening from the hall. He kept carrying on about random topics (none of which involved my teeth or the X-rays). It was extremely hard to follow him. It seemed like he either smoked a pound of marijuana, was on heavy prescription medication, or was in the room with the laughing gas for too long. It seriously reminded me of speaking to someone who was high on drugs. Extremely hard to follow, back and forth from one topic to the next. Making zero sense. Barely looked at my mouth and was out the door. & when I mean barely, someone winking would have had a better view of my mouth than him. Aside from all of this, I booked again for December with Absatz and figured I wouldn't have to deal with any of this nonsense again. This brings me to my most recent visit, one week ago. I came in for my appointment that was booked 6 months in advance, and the woman at the desk acted like I was a walk in and told me they don't accept my insurance. I let her know 6 months ago they did and I had an appointment. She told me that I have an honest face (I was wearing a mask) and she's sure I'm telling the truth. Jackie, the dental hygienist I had during this experience, was very pleasant and well educated. She even numbed my mouth so I wouldn't experience any discomfort during the cleaning. This is something she offered to do, I didn't need to ask her. Very kind and you can tell she knows her stuff. After she was all done I was surprised to see Granti come stumbling into the room. Again he was speaking to someone who wasn't there and rambling on not making any sense. Number 1 I didn't think my appointment was with him, and number 2 he obviously wasn't having an off day last time. He specifically said he has had Covid Covid before and wants to just get "omicron" and get it over with. That doesn't seem very professional to me, but ok. Then he started rambling on about the Simpson's, coney island, and someone with lung cancer who hugs people. Then he started talking about women and how they look. He mentioned the dental hygienists mother and how she looks my age, and not that I look old, but the woman's mother looks young. Then he carried on about how his "fiancée" and someone else are going to fight over his credit card at the mall. I had NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. But I do know that he didn't look at my mouth AGAIN. How is this guy a dentist??? He even has his own "parking spot" but in the two times I've seen him, haven't seen him do a thing but carry on about his personal business. The icing on the cake is this. I ended up with a sore in my mouth after the cleaning. Right in the area where the vacuum sits. It is the day before Christmas Eve and it's been almost a week and it's still bothering me. I called up requesting an antibiotic to maybe get rid of something that was more than likely caused by bacteria. It took two phone calls to hear that the dentist refused to send an antibiotic. The woman on the phone said if it's still irritated tomorrow call and we will send something. I said aren't you closed tomorrow? She said oh yea it's Christmas Eve. Right on their website it states they treat canker sores and cold sores with medicine. Maybe if the dentist had actually looked in my mouth he would have been able to see something brewing or irritation from the cleaning. So grinch granati refused to send a simple antibiotic and I will be left with an irritated bacterial infection in my mouth that was 100% caused by his dirty vacuum. Horrible, 100% do not recommend. If I had Medicaid and my insurance was FREE, I still wouldn't see this looney tune.

This Dental Office overall- Very Clean, Clean smelling, sterile equipment, & orderly…read more As soon as you walk into this dental office, you don't get that typical (unkindly) smell as other dental offices. The staff , professional and friendly!! They go above & beyond to help make your visit pleasant. One (of many I might add) positive experiences I had Was with Nicolette. She has helped my son & I going out of her way to even contacting us on her off day to rectify an insurance issue. Again this Dental office staff cares & takes pride in there jobs. The rooms all are equipped with Sterile equipment, clean, and the chairs extremely comfortable (not your typical dental chair) some are heated & have massages. The Dentist, Dr. Ayoub is very thorough, he covers all options & takes time to explain the procedure. He has your best interest in mind, & makes you feel comfortable. The best dentist my family & I have been to. *He loves what he does & it shows in his work.* This is why i rate this office 5 STARS
