As for the dentistry, Dr. Saggar was great. My appointment was quick and to the point. The equipment was really cool- something my prior dentistry did not have. It made my cleaning very quick and pain-free. I appreciated sitting down with Dr. Saggar after my appointment to review what he saw and thought. Taylor at the front desk was so sweet! She was super helpful in making sure my insurance would be covered and assuring that it was all taken care of when I came in. As for dermatology, Dr. Banker was great. She was so thorough! And she really understood my concerns, and she helped to re-instill my confidence that we will be able to treat my acne and scarring. She also works with a small, local pharmacy to help get prescriptions covered that insurance doesn't cover! This was extremely helpful and a really nice service. The girls at the front desk were also very sweet and personable! Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to go to Cloudlake!

Walk-in Dermatology in Plainview made it super easy to make an appointment online. There is also the option to walk in if you need be seen immediately. You can call head if you want to check the wait time. I made an appointment online which was easy to follow the steps to request the appointment. Checking in was took a little bit of time since I was a new patient. You have to check in at the desk first and then you will be directed to use one of the many tablet kiosks to enter in the intake information. I saw Dr. Evelyn Greco at this location. She diagnosed my skin issue right away and prescribed me a creme that helped resolve my skin issues. She also gave great advice to deal with flare ups and recommended products to use everyday to help prevent flare ups. She also gave me some samples of lotion to take home. Had a great experience here and would return if I need to in the future.

I'm reviewing here because I've been to the Syosset office too and I didn't see an option to review the PJS office. Let me start by saying both Dr. Horlick and Dr. Carvallo are excellent, thorough doctors. During a routine scan Dr. Horlick found pre-cancerous cells I didn't even know I had that could have been big trouble down the line but are now no big deal. But this review is as much for the office staff as for the doctors. Both my wife and children have had dermatologists that even in an emergency it seems like you can't get into the office for two weeks. The first time I ever called the office (my father is a longtime patient and recommended Dr. Horlick) I was able to get an appointment for the same day for a rash I had, even though the had never seen me before. When I thought I was having an allergic reaction to the medication he saw me again, same day that I called. The office staff could not be more accommodating... the times when I've needed an emergency appointment they've accommodated me same day every single time. The doctors are great. The staff is even better. I'd give them ten stars if I could.
