Hats off to nemaro once again ! Not only do they have amazing jewelry at reasonable prices, but they are a company made up of wonderful people who are helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. I've been shopping here for years because the quality is amazing and the service is better. I had purchased a watch a while back from them and needed to replace the battery. With high end watches you really have to be careful where you take them due to bait and switch. Well, let me tell you , the watch's battery did need to be replaced, but the owner noted something was off with the mechanism and took it upon himself to give it a full service to assure my beautiful watch continues to work for years to come at no additional expense to me. The owners here really understand good business practices and go above and beyond to maintain their reputation and assure repeat business. Was recommended to Nemaro by a friend. My 10 year wedding anniversary is approaching and went to them to upgrade the diamond on my wedding ring. They bought back my old diamond and used the credit towards a new one. They have a vast selection in all price ranges. I also left them my band for polishing. How are you going to have a ring available but not know any information on it??
