It has taken 25 emails to properly receive necessary information for a simple fridge replacement/ delivery. The "agent" also did not provide my phone # as direct contact by delivery company which makes zero sense. Tenant should receive any/all pertinent details, P.O. purchase order, contacts, vice versa, as to ensure a seamless endeavor.
