When he finally got back to me (four hours after picking up the partially empty dumpster), he rambled through a BS discussion contradicting himself about why this happened ... which boiled down to he wanted to take the dumpster back from me early to make more money with it. And he knew could do it! Because he knew I lived 40 minutes away ... his final, seriously aggravating reasoning was that he so kindly waited for me there ... at 5:30 frickin am (when he knew I lived 40 minutes away)!!! ... to see if I would show up and physically "tell" him I needed it longer. And it was never disclosed to me that, apparently, it's necessary to speak with him "in person" (if you can) at day 2.5 to inform him that yes, you need to have the dumpster the full, agreed upon, three days. And he neglected to mix in with his BS reasoning arguments that he had temporarily forgotten how to read ... until shortly after he picked up the dumpster, I guess. I want and need my half a day back ... but I can't now ... I have no recourse. If you go with him, DO NOT pay him in full up front!! He took advantage of my situation and screwed me for his own benefit. If you do decide to go with him, this is the person who you'll be working with ... up to you.

We ended up taking the items to the junkyard ourselves after renting a larger truck and the junkyard fees were still less than what I was quoted for the last minute haul. It caused unwanted muddles no matter if it would rain or not. I reached out on yelp and just sent a project detailing what my issue was: flat roof with no attic, dew moisture dripping off of the edge of the roof all year round, and was looking for seamless gutter install for the whole perimeter of my house. I have no idea how gutters work and just thought I needed all around my house. A couple of companies reached out to my project inquiry. One wouldn't come to my house, but said that they would do a satellite view and give me an estimate. This seemed sketchy and made me not want to work with them, especially after their estimate for a whole house gutter install (which was unbelievably expensive). I read the reviews of A-Z Solutions and everyone complemented Greg on his professionalism and communication. I experienced that first hand. Greg came over, and I told him I wanted to do a full house gutter. He walked with me around my house and educated me that gutters should be placed where the slope of the house is. He said he didn't want to charge me to install materials that I didn't need. I accepted his proposal the same day, which I deemed to be fair and reasonable. He came to my house again and explained again where the gutters and downspouts would be. The crew who installed my gutters were also just as kind and educated me about the process. I chose Bronze because of its two toned appeal in sunlight. Right now, it doesn't match the color of my house. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism, kindness, education, and honesty from this company. I will recommend to anyone seeking gutter install.

I would drive to the rental house to meet and he would not show up and not answer the phone and then a few days later we would talk again and he would apologize and make another appointment. After about 3 weeks and 5 appointments he stopped answering or calling me back. It was depressing and my tenant is really not happy because they had to live in the house all this time without the problem being fixed. Needless to say, after he quit talking to me I quickly called a different plumber and the job was completed relatively fast. If he would have just said sorry I am too busy, sorry I cant help you, you should look elsewhere I would have understood, but this is what happened and it was depressing.
