You can't speak with them directly. GOODWINS AND LA-Z-BOY do not stand by the quality if their products. There was no excuse for this. Andre greeted us at the door with a handshake and a smile. Andre told us about this Family owned mattress company and offered to assist us. I explained that we needed to determine which type of mattress would be the most comfortable for my Mom. As Andre walked us through the showroom he pointed out the different types of mattresses available. Andre answered all of our questions and even gave us some tips on how to position the pillow for a better nights sleep. Andre was so patient as my Mom tested out each mattress. (They use disposable protective pillow covers for each customer when testing the mattresses) Afterwards Andre sat down with us and gave us a quote on 2 mattresses that my Mom had chosen. We had originally planned to visit additional mattress stores today and compare prices. Andre was so friendly and professional during our entire visit and was able to help us find the right mattress within our budget. We decided that we didn't need to visit any additional stores. As it was time to buy a new mattress, I visited numerous furniture and mattress stores to scout…read moreout ones that my wife might like (she doesn't like to shop for mattresses, so I get to go to various places first to find several that she might like and them take her back to each place for testing the ones I had picked). I last visited the Mattress Source on W. Saginaw in Lansing, which only sells Capitol Bedding mattresses, which are locally made in Grand Ledge (they sell mattresses to many hotels in Michigan, including the Grand Hotel on Mackinac island). When it came time to take her back to see what I had selected, I only took her back to the Mattress Source. Our salesman, Chris Tadgerson, was a delight to work with. Unlike most salespeople in other mattress stores, he knows the mattresses that he sells; he know what is inside of them (he actually had printouts on the insides of the mattresses that we were looking at); he made suggestions as to what we might like (or not like); and despite the time that we spent looking, he didn't put any pressure on us to buy. My wife even enjoyed the process. Delivery was scheduled for the next week, but I received a call several days early asking if we could move up the delivery. The guy was actually apologetic about scheduling delivery EARLY, as it could impact on other things that we might be doing that evening. And when Nate and William came with the mattress, they actually brought two different box springs with different heights (5 and 7 inch - they also have a 9 inch version), to see which would work better with our bed and new mattress (we ended up with the 5 inch version). They were extremely nice and efficient in removing our old mattress set and setting up our new one - in fact, they allowed us time to vacuum under the bed after they took the old mattress set out and before they brought in the new one. And, the delivery and set-up were free. The prices at the Mattress Source were equal to, or better than what you get from a major mattress manufacturer. Capitol Bedding also uses quality components in their mattresses, so I expect that our new mattress will last for a long time. And, if we have any issues, I have little doubt that the folks at Mattress Source will work with us to resolve it (unlike major mattress manufacturers). Truly a wonderful mattress buying experience!

I called him for information and then my son went in to try beds. He was there for about 45 minutes. My son reported that no one bothered him, they let take his time and see how they felt. My aon had to go to work so I finished the transaction over the phone. Delivery was quick and they were very accommodating. The entire experience was easy and pleasant and my son loves his new bed.
