You can't speak with them directly. GOODWINS AND LA-Z-BOY do not stand by the quality if their products. There was no excuse for this. They got me better furniture, and they treated me like I was family. Between Ashton and Alma, I couldn't recommend either of them any more than what I do right now. Buy the Five-Year warranty, it's between $200 and $250 for everything that you buy in total (for or a single transaction, i.e.. couches, loveseats, chairs, tables, everything, ALL FOR THE $200 - AND IT COVERS EVERYTHING -). Andre greeted us at the door with a handshake and a smile. Andre told us about this Family owned mattress company and offered to assist us. I explained that we needed to determine which type of mattress would be the most comfortable for my Mom. As Andre walked us through the showroom he pointed out the different types of mattresses available. Andre answered all of our questions and even gave us some tips on how to position the pillow for a better nights sleep. Andre was so patient as my Mom tested out each mattress. (They use disposable protective pillow covers for each customer when testing the mattresses) Afterwards Andre sat down with us and gave us a quote on 2 mattresses that my Mom had chosen. We had originally planned to visit additional mattress stores today and compare prices. Andre was so friendly and professional during our entire visit and was able to help us find the right mattress within our budget. We decided that we didn't need to visit any additional stores. We purchased the mattress and arranged to come back to pick it up tomorrow ( they do offer delivery for a fee) Thank you Andre for the excellent service !
