I didn't think it would be the battery since my Mac was always charged and rarely used without the charger. Here I thought I had to purchase a brand new expensive MacBook. So I decided to bring my laptop to folks at UBREAKIFIX. Now days, hardware fixes are pricey and the Mac is not protected by AppleCare so I felt taking it to UBREAKIFIX was going to be the best option. She was efficient, friendly and gave me lots of good suggestions for improving my PC safety and speed. The service isn't cheap - $99 for the first hour and $25 per quarter hour thereafter, but if you have a quick problem, this is a good way to go.
