I had my iPhone in for an insurance repair to replace the battery. When they opened up my iPhone, they cracked my screen. They did put a new aftermarket screen on but did not tell me they cracked it or replaced it after I checked the phone when I left. I now have an error message that it's a non-iPhone part installed. I went back they finally told me they cracked the screen and replaced it but they could not put an apple screen on because that was not the warranty repair. Will is wonderful! He went above and beyond to fix my son's IPhone 4. My son has autism and visual impairment and is unable to use the newer devices due to the changes they felt it necessary to make in the layout of the music app. Thus, we have to stick with the 4. The first screen he tried didn't work, but he didn't give up; he ordered another and he kept at it until he fixed it. He was also very understanding and kind. I called in to have 3 old phone's screens fixed so I can go through the data and wipe them before unloading them. We agreed on a price since I was doing multiple repairs. I got a text message that the phones are done and I can text back. I responded to the messages, and I called in. Two days later, again, 8 days later, 5 days, next day. I received a call saying that they cannot reply to texts, I inform that the system clearly says I can text back, but she said they cannot. I couldn't get an answer why. I'm told I have maybe 20 days to get the phone before they are considered abandoned, I said the clock needs to start from this phone call because I never got a reply to all my contacts, and I am out of town. When I pickup the phones I am told one has a dying battery, not any sooner. The price changed when I got there, and one phone is not fixed right. I would recommend that you NEVER use any of the locations of UbreakIfix for your electronics. I had a horrible experience with their Orland location and their corporate offices. Some of the highlights: closing early without contacting me while they still had my phone driving 3 round trips (80+ miles) just to pick up my device lying about a COVID outbreak just to close early before the holidays 2 months of me contacting them without a resolution them closing the case without telling me their final resolution that I should take my phone back so they could re-break it so that I could get a full refund; I asked the agent if he would do that...of course he refused to answer because he wouldn't read more

Took my daughters phone in the be repaired for the back screen only received a call with in 24hrs stating that in order to fix the back screen they had to go through the front screen and I'm doing so because the front screen had minor damage if they removed the screen they'd have to replace it with a new screen (later in which another company told me didn't have to be done) so I would be charged for both front and back new screen repair. Upon arrival I inspected the phone and asked about the screen not being flush to the frame he explained it was due to the newer screen not being a Apple product but Apple certified part 3days later the entire screen is now lifting from the frame of the phone I take it in with my receipt and they say they can't replace the screen due to water damage water damage that was NEVER present before even when phone was completely cracked and bare parts were showing prior to repair now it has water damage and they explained it's not with warranty and they will have to charge me again. I tend to only write reviews that I think are important for the service business to get better at what they do, and not to intended to hurt anyone so names will not be used and I am sure they will know who they are when they read this. First a woman answered the phone the day after our repair was to be completed, after telling us it was a 2 hour fix and we could pick it up later and we dropped it off at 4:45. Past experience says don't go until you hear from them as they said they would call. My son gave my phone number since it is my account and his phone that needed repair anyway. Fast forward next morning at 11:00 I call and the woman didn't have an answer and asked me to hold. Thinking she was coming back on the line I was surprised to see she handed me off to the tech working on the phone who said he was working on it now??? We dropped in off the day before and he needed another 30-60 minutes . This was just a cracked screen replacement. We ended with me giving my number as again, it was my sons phone and calling it would be useless. Fast forward 12:45 no call... I called back and the tech said I tried to call your sons phone since that's the only number we have and it went to voicemail not yet set up.. and I then reminded him I GAVE HIM MY NUMBER!!! I went in today to buy a lawn tractor battery one gentlemen was on his way outside to fix someone's car the other on the phone. You can't shop yourself as the blocked off the isles due to Corvid so I waited and waited for the guy on the phone to at least acknowledge me which never happened.
