He once again stated all sales are final; no signs are posted about that in the store. I repeated that I didn't want a refund. I wanted a replacement since he should back the products that he sells. He refused but said he would give me half the money towards another purchase. I told him I would not be back. So I'm stuck with a pen that doesn't work. Poor business relations.
