I had a very poor experience with Caliber Collision. My vehicle stayed there for 43 days for a…read morerelatively minor accident, and throughout the process communication was extremely bad. I rarely received updates unless I personally called to ask. When they told me the vehicle was ready, it still had sensor warning lights on, paint defects on the bumper, and improper installation issues. The accident damage was originally on the right side, but after their repair work the left side of my vehicle now has a noticeable uneven gap between the bumper and headlight that did not exist before. When I brought this up, they blamed the aftermarket part instead of taking responsibility. However, even the insurance adjuster confirmed that aftermarket parts still must be installed and aligned correctly. The repair quality, attention to detail, and accountability were extremely disappointing.

I got a quote from them detailing 9 days to repair and can begin on 12/17/24. I approved the change immediately with 3 additional days of labor required. Every time I called they had excuse after excuse why my truck was not complete. I did not get it back until 1/31/25. They had my truck for 1.5 months to complete a total of 12 days of estimated work. If you want your vehicle in a timely manner I would avoid this place, however they did do nice work.

He then proceeded to fear monger me (as a woman) into trying to get the oil change anyway stating, "you know your car could explode if you don't do this right?" So many other places were a few days to week out. Had it brought down to VMC the next day, the car was done at the exact price we were quoted. Excellent place would use again in a heart beat.
