I used this funeral home's services for my mother. Craig, the funeral home director, was very kind…read moreand accommodating when I required their services to pick up the body after closing time on a Friday. He was able to get a crew out there to remove the body within a couple hours, which I was super thankful for. Craig walked me through the entire process from getting the body to getting the final death certificate and ashes, which is more involved than I realized. It took about 10 days to get the death certificate and urn with her ashes. Total cost for the body removal, cremation, death certificate and urn came to around $3-4k, and this would vary significantly if you choose to hold a service there, choose embalming, or select different urns. There were a few hiccups I should mention: - Error in the draft death certificate that delayed things a couple days - The urn I got (there's a big catalog you're given) I realized doesn't even fit most basic urn vaults available at cemeteries. I had no idea this was even a requirement, so be sure to consider that. Also note that you don't necessarily need to purchase an urn from the funeral home if you want to handle that later. But overall I had a really good experience with this funeral home and greatly appreciated the service and care they provided.

While the customer service during my brother's burial and funeral arrangements was truly excellent…read moreand compassionate, our experience since then has been deeply upsetting. On multiple occasions, our family has visited his gravesite only to find that items we thoughtfully placed there--decorations and personal memorials--had been removed and thrown away by the groundskeepers. We understand and appreciate the cemetery's efforts to maintain the grounds and keep the site clean, and we are fully aware that rules and regulations exist. We have made efforts to follow them. However, some actions feel unjustifiable. For example, a temporary stone headstone was not allowed and was removed, leaving his gravesite completely empty. The headstone is non-porous and was placed on his designated space. This is only one example of the times and objects that were removed from his site. This has been incredibly painful for our family and feels deeply disrespectful, especially while we are still grieving. Leaving meaningful items at his gravesite is one of the few ways we honor and feel connected to him. While maintenance is important, there should also be compassion and respect for families who leave objects to remember their loved ones. I truly hope management reevaluates these policies and improves communication so grieving families are treated with greater sensitivity and understanding.

This is a constant problem and none of the employees care and do not help! I have spoken to them on several occasions about this. They will be communicative during services but once your loved one is buried they will do the bare minimum to care for your loved one.
