First let me start off by saying i don't usually do reviews but this one i had to. i have a 01 ford Taurus and i was getting water in the driver floor bad when it would rain so no one would even look at it no shops or other body shops i called Gorman's and Dave told me he would do his best to bring it in.i told them where i thought the water was coming from he said they would do there best but this issue was very hard to find.they called 2 days latter and asked me to come in the night before it rained bad they spent 2 days on trying to find this leak and they sealed everything and i had no water in the car but now they worked on it for 2 days now i thought here comes the expensive fix and it was so reasonable i about past out they was really fair with the price and told me if it didn't fix it just bring it back and they would start again but i still have had no issues they was the nicest guys and Dave was great he went above and beyond what they had to they really care about there work i have now found me a new body shop and i will not be going anywhere else. These people are fantastic and caring business people. We rented a moving truck from a Budget corporate location close to our previous home and that was apparently a huge mistake. No one showed up to the store and after an hour of being transferred around the various Budget services, I was able to get my reservation transferred to E Gorman. At this point we were frustrated and had a huge move ahead of us. They were extremely kind and generous with there time. They did everything they could for us and even acquired a discount from Budget for our troubles. OMG this place is awesome! The whole paint match process was explained to be in wonderful detail that made me feel secure in having the work done here. I just got my 2010 Lexus that I love back and it looks like new! (My friend had accidentally scraped it with her Honda SUV pulling out of her driveway.) They also detailed it inside and out and delivered it to my door. All this and the price was much more reasonable than a higher end Lexus repair shop. Gormans is the best at making posters! My IEEE team was preping to do a sale to raise funds and we needed a way to advertise. I asked Facebook and multiple people responded Gormans and when I arrived I talked with David about my situation. David turned me over to his graphics guy and they made the perfect posters that got a bunch of people coming to our sale. David gave us a discount since we were non profit.
