Dr. Will Summerville has taken extraordinary care of them, and I am deeply grateful. My dad recently passed away, but during the last few years of his life he truly rediscovered his smile. He was so proud of the beautiful anterior bridge Dr. Summerville created for him, and he showed it off every chance he got. Knowing he spent his final years feeling confident, comfortable, and happy with his smile is a gift I will always cherish. Dr. Summerville also placed implants for my mom, and the results are exceptional. They look natural, function beautifully, and have greatly improved her quality of life. As a fellow dentist, I admire his clinical excellence, attention to detail, and the genuine care he puts into his work. I also want to acknowledge Mary and Latoya at the front desk. These incredible women were here when I was a child and still bring the same warmth, kindness, and familiarity to every visit. Their presence has always made my parents feel welcome and cared for. Nestled in a serene solarium, Norman, Summerville and Associates' office is a peaceful place to visit. The staff is so caring and highly efficient. After months I went back to him for sever jaw pain, he helped me and he did not reject me, because of I was a patient of other dentist.( I was refused by others once they learn my situation) I even asked him why he did not refuse me, he said I was in a pain, he needs to deal with my pain first. I was sincerely touched by his words and Dr. Parsons does not say much normally because he is really a professional expert, not a sales person, this is how I ended up a big mess with my original dentist, besides the suffering I have and mental trauma. During the conversation, I mentioned a concern regarding the practice's response to a one-star review I had seen online. I found the response from the provider unprofessional, as it seemed to attack the patient rather than address the issue constructively. I offered a suggestion, stating that it would be more appropriate for them to edit the response to reflect professionalism, as this would deter fewer potential patients. Instead of appreciating the feedback, the front desk receptionist immediately suggested that I cancel my appointment if I didn't agree with their approach. I was taken aback by such a dismissive and unprofessional reaction. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment. A business unwilling to accept constructive criticism--especially from one provider to another--says a lot about their overall approach to patient care. The ability to grow and improve comes from learning to receive and apply feedback, something this practice clearly lacks. Given this experience and the number of negative reviews, I cannot recommend this dental office. I highly suggest reading *The New Gold Standard* by Joseph Michelli to better understand and implement customer service principles, which could benefit the team immensely. I wanted her to clean my teeth again but she refused without my having another set of x-rays. In Jan 2026 The American Dental Association updated its recommendations to state that dental x-rays should only be ordered when clinically necessary rather than as a routine automatic procedure. I have never had gum issues and haven't had a cavity in about 40 years. This practice is all about making the money.

I want to be clear that my review is based on my experience: I went in for a bonding procedure for a chipped tooth, but both of my front bottom teeth were filed down without clear communication or consent, leaving me very unhappy with the outcome. The way the practice has chosen to respond since then has reinforced my concern about their professionalism.
