This is actually the second time they've provided 'over and above expectations' service, and it's the reason I bring all of my family's cars here and recommend it to others. Obviously the news can't always be this good - sometimes you really do need work and it can require costly parts or labor-intensive service, but that's exactly why you need to find a place you can trust.
