Wow, where do I begin? I have worked with many attorneys over the years. Many of whom have been at some of the country's oldest, largest and most prominent firms and yet, they do not come close to the quality, attentiveness & personalized service, knowledge and professionalism that I experienced with Franklin International Law Group. Prior to moving forward with Franklin on a LLC business related situation, he outlined his game plan and set the expectations and timeline. He also outlined for me his communication plan as it is imperative that I am always kept up-to-date with the latest info. I'm the type of person who needs to understand the big picture game plan and then proceed from that point all while being informed along the way. After agreeing to move forward, he quickly got to work. I did not anticipate he would be so attentive but he was and I loved that about him. I tend to ask 47 questions an hour and whenever I would raise a question, even if it were the same question, he always politely and quickly responded. Most attorneys allow their egos to dictate how and when they respond... not the case with Franklin. Typically, it has been my experience with most attorneys that you will not have direct access to the attorney and when it comes to receiving a response, usually 72 "business hours" was the norm and that is pushing it. Franklin was nice and patient to answer all of my questions at first, even late in the evening. That's the only reason I'm giving two stars. However, I figured that maybe he had too many H1B cases to deal with last year so he gave my case to some inexperienced intern to handle. After I sent him all the documents, his intern told me that one of the docs is missing (but it was actually there, I think the doc goes by a different name or sth.) and he couldn't proceed unless I provide the doc. At first, I didn't know so I said the same thing to my company's administrator. She dealt with immigration docs before so she soon realized that the case was not handled by a professional lawyer and told me to switch to another attorney. But it was already late Feb., I was afraid that it might take too long and miss the deadline so I sticked with Franklin. After I've asked Franklin so many times about what was the exact doc that was missing, he gave me the exact same answer as the intern. After about a week of frustration, anger and constant messaging, I was replied by another intern who, maybe, was more experienced, that all of my docs are good to go. (I mean like, what? I didn't do anything but kept asking Franklin what was missing). And, almost at the same time, Frankline said my docs are good to go, again the same answer as his intern. I mean, if my company paid you to deal with my case, no matter how much lower the price it is comparing to other law offices, that's still a business deal, at least you should take a look at it rather than leaving it all to some intern who knew nothing about immigration law. My case was not selected in the lottery. I know that has nothing to do with the law office but the experience made me NOT want to choose them in the furture. read more
