Then they get mad and nothing but attitude. The administration at this location doesn't know their head from their butts. Find a charter school where your kids are not a paycheck. This school does a great job about covering all bases of academics but gears more towards math and science. If your child is more of an arts and literature student, this is not the school for them. That doesn't mean your child isn't smart or adequate enough for this school but why put them through the misery of attending a school where they don't enjoy learning? There are plenty of parents who have more than one child and may one have one or two enrolled at BASIS and the other(s) enrolled elsewhere. I love the LET teachers assigned in the lower levels, they really do a great job in assisting the kids in succeeding and the teachers and the deans are all great and caring towards the kids. This school is very anti-bullying which is another plus for this parent.

If you wanting your child to earn college credits and actually go to college while in high school, this is it. Lots of "hands-on" learning for kids. This school offers veterinary and medical courses. Equine studies, math science and academics. The campus is well organized. Everything is neat and clean. Staff is super friendly and the principal, Mr. Wallert is pretty awesome. Super enthusiastic and friendly. He does his best to accommodate what is needed for your child. I really appreciate his dedication. If only there were more of these kinds of schools available in every town, now that would be awesome.

My husband and I attempted to call this business first but the person who answered the phone had a…read morestrong accent and we could not understand. We then drove to the business in order to register my husband for a class. We heard a voice from the back telling us he would be out in a minute. A few minutes later this man comes out and ask us rudely what we want. He was very unkempt with wrinkled shorts, a dirty t shirt and old flip flops on his feet. We started asking questions and he was totally obnoxious. Even scary. He was nasty and loud and I could not figure out what we had done to aggravate him. We just backed up and left and went to a similar business nearby where we received excellent help.
