I did not go inside the convenience store this time because I don't have time. I was just stopping for gas this time around, but I did notice that on the gas pump TV screen it was kind of dirty and the push-button - the area where you enter your card information - is awfully dingy and grimy so it's kind of gross and could use a good cleaning. Other than that, they have a bunch of pumps to accommodate a lot of cars.

Heard new owners bought the place. Explains why. As with everything, prices have gone up, & less time on all timers. It took at least 30 seconds for soap to come out of the brush, another 30-40 seconds for the tri foam conditions to spray, no soap came out of the high pressure soap and longer for the tire wash to come out. I spent $7 in total and didn't even have enough time to wax or even rinse.

The last two adventures have ended this customer relationship and I hope can serve as a warning to lower your expectations - you could be next. I am on a work assignment across the country and our home is being sold. We needed our car in the garage to be moved - but you guessed it. Battery which was less than one year old was dead. Auto zone has affirmed that both the starter and Alternator work fine - it was a bad battery. Since I am in California i can't handle the situation in person so I call and speak directly with the service advisor and give them my credit card and I am assured that they will ring up a replacement battery for my family so when I am next in Ohio I can return the old one for warranty coverage. Does that happen? 5 minutes later this team ignores the calls, the credit card info provided from this long term customer and they require my family to Purchase a battery and then require further that they hand over the old one - and rather than test it for possible warranty coverage discard it like they do the decency that once accompanied customer relationships. So now I am out two battery purchases which should have been covered by warranty because they cannot communicate among their own team. Further right before I left for my work assignment they tried to shake me down to fix an alleged oil leak for $5,000.00 on a 2019 XT5. That's odd, still haven't put in any additional oil and a separate independent mechanic has no idea why the costs would have been so high - other than they thought they could. Be wary, hide your wallet, and you may want to consider a different Cadlilac dealer as these folks have lost their way.

I also believe some of their business is selling to repair garages as well. The store is a no frills warehouse, which is most likely an effective way of keeping costs down. They have a decent amount of items in stock, but occasionally need to place orders for what they can't stock. The parts I have purchased from them in the past have worked great, and haven't had any problems with any of them. The prices are also great, and are typically cheaper than anything I can find online, plus I don't have to wait for/pay for shipping. The reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because of the customer service. Some of the guys who work there are the least friendly people on earth. I feel as though they have treated me like an idiot for not knowing what they were asking, instead of trying to explain what they were asking. I will only continue to shop here because of the excellent prices, and not for the customer service.
