I have to start out by saying... I have gone here for many years, I used to see Dr.Todd, I liked…read morehim due to his experience and his way with all types of animals. And to me it seemed like he really cared. I have recently been here twice and each time was a far from great experience. The pro is that it is clean. Here's the cons.... They are extremely over priced, example to give regular fluids they charged me 61.00! ( for 75 ml, the invoice said 250 ml?) I wish they would have given me the rest since they charged me for it. After I went to another vet and the same exact fluids ( with a little bit more quantity 100 ml, was 18.00!) I don't mind paying for my pet's health but they are just blatantly ridiculous. They are double or more the price of any other. That I do not understand. The two most recent veterinarian's I have seen to me they weren't like the vet I have now, (you can just tell he has a lot of experience and is very confident) I did not get that same feeling with either of them, I brought two different pets in at two different times and left not knowing anything. I left feeling not confident with this vet just like the time before with another vet there. She also wanted to take blood work because she couldn't say what it might be without blood work... so I go and visit another vet the next day for a second opinion and he said that blood work is NOT necessary at this time. So to me they either are not confident in their knowledge or they want to run up the services, either way is not comfortable to me. The last vet I saw there scared me to death telling me so many horrible things it "could be" and like I said I went to someone else the next day and he told me the opposite, thank God he was right! This clinic has always been high priced but at least when Dr.Todd was here it was worth it, not anymore.

So I had her spayed and the cancer removed . His prices are really good . Some Vets just charge way to much for there services . The office isn't an elaborate office , clean but could use some decorating . The only thing was he didn't talk to me after her surgery , but I did talk to the office clerk . So if you like paying really high prices for services keep going where you go if your trying to watch your money and want to try Dr Lorenzo you want be disappointed.

(Note when my daughter arrived and asked to speak to the manager by name the receptionist was very rude to her, until the manager came right out to talk to my daughter.) The urinalysis test we'd waited 3 weeks for took 6 minutes in-office. So my lingering frustration keeps me from rating any higher than 3 stars. Turns out our cat has feline diabetes. A 3-week delay on this diagnosis - he could have died. We have him on insulin injections now, but he has had a seizure. We are not sure why because it happened over the weekend and we had to go to another vet clinic. At the other clinic we learned about using a meter to check her cat's blood sugar before and after meals and insulin. I was wondering how JAH was going to adjust her cats insulin dosages without a history of blood sugar readings. I am at a disadvantage because I live 350+ miles away from my daughter who is at school with her cat. I appreciate the new responsiveness of the manager and vet at JAH, however the receptionist continued to be rude to my daughter. I really want to feel good about the place that holds our feline family member's life in their hands. But the jury is still out.

Dentistry and Orthopedic Surgery are also available and this facility is the only one in the county offering weekend and late-night emergency services. There are several vets that consult to give your pet the best diagnosis and they also have a lot of the best diagnostic equipment including laser therapy, digital radiography, telemedicine, ultrasound and an in-house lab.

We were told three hours and when we showed up to collect the dog the owner had the nerve to chew us out because she wasn't done. A simple "I'm not done yet" would have sufficed. When we got the dog back, the cut was uneven, his nails were cut but not filed, and even though we told her the dog had sensitive skin, she used something that broke him out horribly. This groomer's ineptitude will cost us a ton in vet bills to get him comfortable after this. Run - do not walk - from this groomer.
